For 7 years I have been working through the L-Stream Crewing Agency with the German ORION Company (bulk carrier) and I can t say anything bad either about Crewing or the Owner.
There is always a timely payment of Salaries and planned departures for Contracts.
There is also Career Growth, but EVERYTHING depends on the personal and professional person "moved" up the career ladder.
Crewing's team is friendly and always came / and comes to the rescue at adequate requests of the sailors, if it was on the shore, if it was when the sailor was at sea.
As for the German Shipowner "ORION", the Management of the Company is multinational - Germans, Romanians, Ukrainians, Poles, Croats. Vessels - there are both "good" and "not very", worked for both, I think everyone went through this. They save, but EVERYTHING is urgently needed at the moment / malfunction / repair - they try to deliver to the very first port of call, the main thing is to clearly and reasonably argue. Prior to COVID-19, Command Changes were made according to a pre-planned schedule, from any convenient port.

Yesterday, a brother came to them - SPKM with a diploma of the Communist Party of Ukraine, the girl said from the threshold all the vacancies were busy, handed a business card, said you call ... I didn t listen to anything ...

Good crewing. I've been working for them since 2017, I'm happy. Nice staff, all organizational issues can be carried out by phone and email, you do not need to travel constantly to Odessa (he is a nonresident). They do not impose the place of the medical examination. Everything is official and legal, without any "agency" fees. The salary is always on time, there is career growth. There is a cadet program (for electricians too !!!!!). They have vessels, as elsewhere, and with supplies, you can work.
