Very dissatisfied with the service from the operator! firstly, by calling 466 you have to reach the manager for 20 minutes and you can t listen to the answering machine (even worse than in the new mail), secondly, customer service managers are completely incompetent. They communicate rudely, interrupt. Do not warn about a tariff change. Complaints are not filled out. Every day they offer to come in and read the news about tariff changes on their website, instead of calling and personally warning. It s a pity, but after 15+ years with Kyivstar it may be necessary to change the operator, where customer support is on a more professional level.
