Nice experience, needed an afternoon munch session high up there. They could have shut us down as it was just over 3pm on Sunday. But they didnt. Great staff, we had a pleasant experience there.

Very busy. Difficult to get a seat with a view. 20 dollars to get in but redeemable against drinks and the cocktails are 23 dollars plus service so 55 for 2. Very good cocktails and amazing views. Worth the experience.

A good tip! Come at 5.30PM (not crowded yet), get the $20 voucher, buy the cocktail, then have a seat at the outdoor bar. Enjoy the DJ and the drinks, and have a good time. With the tax etc, you ll spend only $55 for the best night at Singapore (for 2 cocktails). Thank me later

Free seating. No system no service. Asked for tables and bar manager advised to grab a seat when people stand up. Have to get the menu ownself. Can't taste alcohol in the cocktails. Really overrated.

This place is severely understaffed! Waited > 1 hour for our food to arrive (only fries and calamaris btw), and even getting the waiter to get us the bill was a pain. Views of the MBS are great of course but having only 1 poor waiter manning an entire section is not gonna attract customers to return sadly.

Ce la Vi Bar at Maina Bay Sands

Ce la Vi Bar at Maina Bay Sands

How to visit the bar on the 57th floor of the hotel (Tower3). Admission per adult $ 22, however, as a consumption voucher. Say: significantly better than $ 15 on the observation deck.
It has a magnificent view over the city and the infinity pool, which is praised everywhere. Here we were disappointed: small and full. Quite different than suggested in the pictures.
Snacks and drinks are expensive: beer from $ 16, snack loafers and also expensive. Toilet plant a joke: unkempt, dark, not appropriate.
All in all: lots of appearance, to be little. Can be done, does not have to be.

After my first experience (drink prior COVID) I went back for diner. While first time was so-so, this time was amazing.
Excellent service, excellent food.
So book your table and come and you won't be disappointed, eager to go back and try something else.

First review (2019)
Nice view, but coktail a bit cheap.
Still is worth a try ... For the view.

We went for a dinner on a rainy day so did not manage to catch the spectacular views from the roof top of Marina Bay Sands. All made up by the yummy food and great service. Currently the restaurant is offering set menu promotion. We ordered the 4-course option at $58++ per person and had to top up for some dishes, e.g. lamb rack and rendang beef. We enjoyed all the food we picked which were all nicely plated. Service was good and attentive. Complimentary parking is available, but you need to walk across to the Sands customer service counter at the Shopping Mall to redeem a 6-hour parking coupon by showing your meal recipe. Would recommend this place for a special night out.

What a view! Worth going up here for the staggering view alone. They do some pretty nice cocktails here too, a nice range of custom creations plus your regular old favorites. I've had better old fashioneds though, and it's a shame that the lower balcony section is reserved for hotel guests only.

Awesome views from MBS level 57! Wow! I came here with 2 friends to chill in the late afternoon and took many pictures. We had the happy hour set which costs $25++ for a drink and finger food.

If you enjoy taking pictures, I would recommend the outdoor seats. The indoor seats are very cold, which suits people who prefer a cooler environment. Service is very good. We had a great time. There is a time limit for table bookings and we were allowed to stay up to 2 hours.

Spent my 30's birthday here and the staff made my experience extraordinary. I had the A5 Waygu, and the prawns and both were to die for. The manager took extra care of me and made me feel like a million bucks! I will never forget this night!

Wine lists dont even match what they serve. I ordered 2014 they served same label but 2015.. we checked before they pour into the glass so they went to check and just told us that the one we ordered was out of stock... so unprofessional. Well knowned restuarant but so unprepared.

Hi. So I made a reservation stating that it was my birthday, and I came from America that I would like a table by the railing to overlook the sight. I didn t go abroad to Ce LaVi to sit indoors. So we got there, we were sat indoors. So I expressed that I didn t like the sitting, would like to just leave. Then a person came to me and said they would sit us by the railing after 9:00pm. Our reservation was at 7:00pm, by that time we said yes, we would wait. After waiting for 2 hours, a manager figure or waitress asked me to check on the seating arrangement, at first she took me to the corner which isn t even a table. She said she could set it up as a table. I didn t like that. Then she took me to another area that the tables were being broken down from a party, she said I could also sit there after 15 minutes. So we returned after 9:15pm, me and my date were both exhausted from waiting around. Then we were sat at the same spot indoors again, I said no, this was the same spot I was sat earLier that I wasn t happy with. And then she lead me to the area that the manager showed me, yes, finally it is outdoor sitting area; however, it s still not by the railing, so we sat unwillingly after all the hustle and noticed not too far from us in another area there was obviously open table by the railing. Both myself and my date were so exhausted, we should have left when the server promised us an outdoor railing table at 9:00pm. Why did we have to wait for that long? Why did we never get a railing table ultimately when there were several available? We just didn t want to argue anymore or to be sat and move around again and again. As the manager promised me, the table will be ready in 15 minutes, she actually didn t hold a table by the railing for me after all. Why did we go to ce la vi from America to experience ordinary? It s only one time to experience the sitting area where we could over look the city by the railing. How come other people got to sit by the raining, but we Couldn t after waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes? The food was really ok. We didn t go to Ce la vi for the food. We went for the service and atmosphere which was horrible and left both my date and I a horrible experience and taste. We would never comeback, and I will share my honest review on wherever platform I find. I heard that Ce la Vi at night has call girls, I m not sure if I was assumed as one to get such bad treatment because my dress was revealing which is really normal in U.S. The food was ok. The experience was awful. Not thoughtful at all. If I could leave 0 star, I would have. Who would go back there after such horrible experience.

Is the view amazing? Absolutely. But that's about all I can say for the Ce La Vi bar from my experience there one evening, because in the future i'd probably just pay to go up in the Skybar Observation Deck than deal with the rather annoying staff here. Perhaps they're sick of tourists, but I found them alternately rude and smarmy when our small group was just trying to enjoy ourselves and get some drinks. As an example, i'd literally just pulled out a drink menu to peruse when a waiter walking by (I had said nothing to him) barked at me, "Your drink credit doesn't include that menu!" I asked him, "But...am I allowed to pay for a drink?" He said yes. So...what was the purpose of that encounter?

Incredible views of the city. Very expensive drinks and food but worth checking out for the view. There is a drinks only side and a drinks plus food side with very different views of the city.

Bar and lounge on top of an outstanding landmark building with spectacular views of Singapore. Definitely in the 5 must dos in Singapore. Do it around sunset and you will experience something spectacular. Take a full wallet/credit card and enjoy the high life for a night.

Giving Skybar a poor rating as there was an older man with white shirt and bit of a belly clearing tables tonight 25/9/19 who was the rudest person in customer service I ve ever met. Ignored my requests to clear the table and snarled at me when he finally cleared the table saying I ll have to wait for him to actually wipe the table. He wiped my table last and there were scraps all over it from previous guest. If your going to be client facing at least pretend you want to be there. I won t be recommending skybar on account of that older man. The actual restaurant is amazing.

This is the place where I like to take friends and visitors from overseas. Outstanding location. Alfresco dining overlooking city and Singapore Straits, located on 57th floor of Marina Bay Sands Hotel. Food is excellent ( e.g. the Black Cod ), service is friendly and attentive.

Magnificent view but very expensive. 40 dollars for a coke and a glass of wine. You pay 20 dollars per person to ride. They are then deducted from the invoice, which is very salty. Very slow service.

What more can I say? Best roof top bar in SG
Tip - reservation may not get you best table. Always ask at door. Have reservation inside restaurant but have a drink at outdoor bar first and watch sunset then go in for dinner. Come out to outdoor for more drinks and night view!

Terrible service. I m actually amazed that such a nice restaurant in such an amazing location could have such awful service...especially if you re going to be spending $400+ per person. While the dinner started out ok, it definitely took some time to get the waiters attention and get orders in. But it was busy so I just chalked it up to that. But even as the tables got empty the staff just sat around joking with each other and I literally had to stand up and wave my arms to get them to come over and take a desert order. The worst was the 45 minute wait after ordering desert before it finally came out. My wife had ordered the set menu with wine pairing and they completely forgot to bring out one of the wines. Even after asking about it they claimed there was only 5 wines, and when they finally realized their mistake they brought the last one out...10 minutes after the desert had been finished. By this time we were just ready to go but I still had to ask for the check 3 times and finally got up to go to the station and only then did they actually get the bill together so we could leave....almost 2 hours after initially ordering desert.
I m sure the food was good, but I honestly don t know because the awful service detracted from everything else.

You can enjoy partial views assuming a minimum consumption of SGD 20, which is easy to exceed, especially with the additional taxes and service fee. There is no entrance fee besides the compulsory consumption, but for more undisturbed views you may choose the observation deck for SGD 23 entrance fee (when first time here, perhaps it is worth it). Important to know that the famous infinity pool is only accessible for hotel guests.

Excessively loud Latin music killed the buzz. You can't really have any conversation around the bar area - I hope we just simply had bad luck with it. Some moderate chillout music would have been more appropriate, but this is a question of personal taste or better timing... The food (burger, club sandwich) was actually quite tasty.
