The staff is rude. Just out of nowhere they closed the counter, as the rate is changing after 22:00. Then the security started pushing us back without any explanation until we asked him what is going on. Now they are counting the the cash while some 50 people are waiting on the queue.
Great view from the place but is expensive. Tables are hard to get so expect to drink while standing. But worth the experience

I reserved a table about ten days ago, specifically asking to have a table with a view as it was an anniversary. Then I called back to ensure I could have it and answer was first come first serve . Good enough... I was having lunch at 12 so room was empty.... and since We have an infant they tried to put us literally in the worst table not to annoy other guests (basically on the back at one meter from the dish/cleaning area...). I refused to sit mentioning what was the booking request. After some time (empty room) they gave us a normal table. Disrespectful.
And by the way, if the kid is a problem, be coherent and stop coming every 15 minutes saying helloooo so cuteee .
Service apart food was honestly good, especially the black angus beef bao from the chef. So bad I would hardly come back because of the awful service.

As far as the device goes I do agree with the other google reviewers and it needs improvement. However it's definitely worth a visit the food I had was amazing and the manager was working hard on making sure everything was improving.

Ce la vi, this is the boss's most famous boss, from the 100th floor of the boss, the scenery is cool, can you take a view of the city, you can see people swimming, you can be acquainted with Caucasians and my boss. If you go to Singapore you should definitely go there. You take a voucher to the entrance of the hotel for about $ 22 Singapore and buy a drink there. Enjoy your drink in an area with fantastic views that you can't literally savor the whole marina bay of Singapore. To me it is more than worth going to the observatory because you have a cocktail and enjoy the view. The infinity pool of the marina bay sands can also be seen from there ...
Been there once and will not return, unless a total revamp! Mediocre food, over priced, waited too long for drinks, poor service, pretentious place with over crowded tourists. Only if you are lucky to get the table by the edge to have that view, others no view! There are better places nearby. ;)
I think it's one of the best nightclubs. Marina is the top floor of the bay sands. There are no more children as in other places. You don't drown the view

Not that great when you only discovered that you're not allowed to access the skypark from the restaurant. It's a separate ticket all together.
Great views! I went for the Sky High Hawker. We had truffle fries and lamb shank as well as some mock tails. Spent $78. Would like to come back :)
I only had a quick lunch there so I can't really review it in depth. But the hamburger that I had there was actually very good. It was a small burger yet very tasty - but a bit on the salty side. The service was good and the view of of course top notch!

Can't complain about the service becuase there is none. Ended up walking out after enduring the terrible seating procedure (even with a reservation) and then unable to get a waiter to take our drink order. If this place was on the ground floor it would be out of business. Guess people are happy to be treated like dirt for a view.
Brought my wife for her birthday, and the complimentary dessert was very generous. Great place, nice and friendly staff, great views. Food was great and so were their desserts and drinks. Best restaurant option for a romantic dinner date.

Surprisingly horrible service.
We had a resevation but had to wait to be seated in a long queue for about 20 minutes. What's the point of making a reservation if we cannot even be seated so long after the reserved timing?
Waiters were not attentive at all, and we had to call them a couple of times just to order. The cocktail (whiskey sour) tasted just ok - I've been to many other places in Singapore that serve better cocktails. We waited for our food for about an hour. We asked a waiter to check with the kitchen, and she said many other customers were also waiting for their food. The place seemed very shorthanded. We saw about 10 people chatting and drinking together around one table (violating social distancing rules), but no staff was around to stop them. Eventually we cancelled our food order and left.
For the price and the location, this restaurant is expected to do so much better. The quality of service we received is not acceptable at all even at restaurants that charge half the price.
Great place to hang out if you like loud music, lots of people and a great view of the city!
Let me describe the experience last night here with two words: terrible service.
They need to have their staff take a course on waiting tables here. They have no clue on who should do what and at what given moment. Even to get your check, it took at least 15 min. I decided to add this to my room because of how slow the service was. Come to find out they needed my room key, they took it along with the check to "close it" even though I had already placed my room number, name, and signature on the check. So after 10 more minutes I asked the waiter about my room key. If I could have it back since I wanted to leave already. Of course he knew nothing about our check, went to look for my key and after a few minutes they returned it.
Quality of food is good and decently priced taking into account where you are dinning but it is NOT WORTH the whole experience. Wouldn't recommend a family member and won't come back. Good luck.
I use to regularly visit Kudeta and use to be in VIP with decent spending every time I was there (a bottle atleast). The view is great. Area outside VIP is very stuffy. Music is also great. However, the most disappointing thing is the hostess, Chloe who is extremely rude and unwelcoming. She misbehaves and I have never seen a worse treatment for regular guests. Some of my friends also had a very similar experience. The manager should take a note of this and provide her feedback. The clubs will do well if regular guests are welcomed and not mistreated.

Excellent service by Rita, world-class food! Only main dishes could have been a little warmer, but taste wise close to perfection!
Felt this was overpriced. Food has nice flavors. Wine was double the price of other venues in the city. Accept that you are paying a premium for roof top view but not really worth it. Ambience was marred by screaming kids and toddlers running about at 8pm. We dressed up for the occasion noting a smart casual dress code. But that really boils down to anything as long as you have a collar and men have closed shoes (including trainers). Moved onto the bar area after dinner and really felt the service was lacking there, just part of a machine trying to turn tables to make way for the next people looking for a seat with a view. Presented with the bill even before we had all our drinks. So much for we may order another drink, having the bill thrust in front of you immediately doesn't say stay and have another. Won't be back which is a shame for such an iconic venue.

Visited Ce La Vi couple of times. The food, drinks and service were top notch. Friendly and attentive staff. They give you free shots and a sorbet to cleanse the pallet.

A great view of the city! I always bring my tourist friends who are visiting Singapore here! I love getting a Singapore sling here although I ve also gotten an Aperol Spritz too!
Expect a slightly higher price point for a drink but the view is worth it. I usually pay for the $22 entrance which you get a food & drink voucher for that amount to put towards your tab.
Before or after a drink, I always look for the small balcony where you can see a great view of the Gardens by the bay, the Singapore Flyer and part of the F1 track.
It may be hard to get an outside seat as the booths are usually reserved with a view by the MBS pool with the downtown view.
The environment is not bad, i food is delicious too.
It was an alright clubbing experience. Drinks were quite good, but don't expect them to be cheap.

Came here for the view,and it didn't disappoint. Otherwise, drinks were just OK. Overpriced as expected, but service was good
We only had 15 hours in Singapore but we wanted to try to take in as much as we could in that time. We chose to end our night here at Ce La Vi after 10PM when they allowed free entry up to the top on Thursday when we happened to be there. The drinks are pricey but the view is worth it to be able to see the skyline. Because it was the only day when it was free it was very crowded with people so finding a spot to sit was kind of difficult but we found somewhere after some time of scouting. If you have time and are willing to pay a bit for a drink and a nice view definitely check this place out!

Some of the best views of Singapore and really great fusion Asian food. There is a good bar area but also very well-placed dining seating that keeps the place from feeling crowded. Great place for two people or small groups. Very friendly and helpful staff make the experience that much better.
Superb service! Guest service executive went all the way to make us feel comfortable and help us in all ways possible to make the million dollars view so much more memorable. Kudos to MBS skypark!

There was no meal when I went around 24:00, and there were many Parisi whites.
Not worth the time or price. Food was mediocre at best and well overpriced. Views were terrible from the restaurant and found out that to get to the observation we had to pay an extra $20 each. This is after spending $300 on dinner and 2 cocktails each.
We were given a beautiful table overlooking the Gardens, which was lovely. Our sushi was nice, as were our starters. The manager was friendly and professional.
However, there were a number of unforgivable issues with our experience, which made our night memorable for all the wrong reasons.
1. The service was unacceptably slow
We waited over an hour between our starter and main course. Our waiter didn t collect our starter plates for over 30 minutes. She tried to look busy by doing rapid laps of the tables but was never doing much. We had to get her attention to ask her to take our main course plates away. Please note, we had been at the restaurant 2 hours before we were served our mains - this is not good enough. Most restaurants require their table back after such length. The chef needs to address this issue as most complaints online highlight same.
2. The worst steak I ve ever eaten
My partner ordered Wagyu steak and it was deplorable. Yes, wagyu is fattier than fillet but he should not have been served such a hard lump of inedible lard. Despite there being a full plate of food, our ever-observant waiter did not ask how our meal when collecting the plates was so my partner flagged with her that the steak was not to an acceptable standard. Thankfully, she brought the manager over who was very capable and well mannered. He tried to defend the chef but also apologized. The chef would not have fed this steak to his dog. The manager gave us complimentary desserts which was greatly appreciated, and he brought us to seats in the lounge after our meal.
3. Very poor food
In conclusion, this restaurant would be long closed down if it weren t for its excellent location. Everything about it is substandard and I will never be back.

Gorgeous place to celebrate my husband s birthday. The service was warm & friendly. Needless to say, the view was breathtaking! Best to sit somewhere you can see the sunset. The food was of good quality no doubt. The staff took a photo of my husband and me and put it into a nice birthday card. Kudos for the effort!
