Beyond unprofessional. The girl behind the counter refused to give me my car unless i emailed my personal information to her personal email address. When I called to complain, I was insulted, and laughed at. I will be reported this company.

Terribly rude and unprofessional considering we are the ones in the predicament. We asked a simple question to see the vehicle to make sure there were no damages and he is talking about us behind the glass saying how why can t people comprehend bla bla. , like we can t hear him. Yet comprehension isn t the problem the, his attitude and lack or professionalism was our issue

Untrustworthy people they try to rip you off any way they can

Wish I could give zero stars. Employee refused to give her name over the phone and hung up on me. Worst experience. Poor management. Car was damaged by towing company or this lot. Plan legal action.

just really rude hateful people - the real slime of society - I just can't believe people act like this to other people - I was just dropping a friend off who had his car towed from his apt because the tow company could not see his sticker which is another issue but these people treated him like he was a criminal and when he asked questions about how to pay or what fees he owed acted like he should already know all of that - just crazy behavior - then they started yelling at me - I told them that I was just dropping someone off (very calm and nice) and I heard the clerk mumble "ass hole" just loud enough for me to hear - just a shame a business like this is allowed to exist

Very bad customer service. The Girl at the front desk was very rude over the phone and in person . I had my keys misplaced and every time I called to try and get some kind of assistance on to where they could be all she kept saying was we have no keys
It was brought in with no keys .
Very rude girl , no work ethic whatsoever. It s a shame that it only takes 1 person to plant a rotten seed for the whole company .
I had to track down the tow company and driver MYSELF to find out what had happened to my keys . It s frustrating when you have your vehicle in a body shop and nothing can be done because people are to lazy to up and look or offer some kind of resolution rather than shut you up over the phone .
I d say if you ever happen to have your vehicle towed here , make sure you call and that they have the keys notated I m the system .
I d like to note that when I spoke to the president of the company KEN he said he would go back and listen to the audio tapes and video recordings of the day my vehicle was brought in to review and see how the could have make the situation better .
Let s see if it s actually what he says he s going to do .
Yes we all make mistakes and that s ok . It not a mistake WHEN YOU HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WHEN ANSWERING THE PHONE AND HAVING A BAD ATTITUDE ABOUT YOUR JOB . . THERES NO SCHOOLING FOR THAT AND THATS SUCH A DAMN SHAME .

They steal your car and you have to pay to get it back
They towed mine while I was at work from the parking lot of my job

No one likes having their car towed but we were in and out. They took my change. Everyone calls to find out the price but they don't tell you then that they don't make change.

Logic that no one will give many stars if most have taken the car and had to look for it here: and although breaking the laws at least does not make us innocent! There should be a little more tolerance since this affects the pocket and the ones you use every day!

Nothing but trash works at this place. What you would typically expect from a towing company just a bunch of inconsiderate low lives who make money off of other people's misfortunes. Hope you feel really good about yourself to spend your life like that.

Man I was surprised when my visit when smooth with no problems in and put after I brought what was needed and paid and was gone... clerk was cool. Don't like car being towed but hey as long as I got it back no issue and good to go

Do not trust these people that are cheats very dishonest be careful

My car got impounded here (parking in wrong parking spot at my apartment complex) I was charged the maximum fees allowable by law, which was fine by me, however the staff was extremely rude, the manager was extremely polite, however while my car was on the lot, my car was extremely dirty from the dust, and the manager's response was, "You shouldn't have gotten your car towed, then you wouldn't have to worry about your car getting dirty." After spending $316.60, I got my car that looked like it it had been through hell backwards.

They also charge $45 to jump start your car, and refuse to let you jump start it yourself. (I didn't have to do this, but I saw the signage stating so.)

It's an impound lot, how great can it be? I certainly wouldn't say I loved it, but I've been to worse. They were fast, they had a decent attitude, they didn't cuss me or anyone else out, they had their rates clearly posted on the wall so there was no b.s. about hidden fees or other such nonsense. All in all, a decent experience.

Bad experience that my car will take despite not being a visitor where I live .. It is well to take the cars of visiting people who abuse and park anywhere but they took mine despite having permission. I paid for it to be returned to me in addition to the lost hours of work. They should be a "little" conscious and I say a little because I know that this is their business but they understand that it is for people who DO NOT LIVE THERE because they do not pay a little to take their car . I do not give them less because you can not, but it is not a way of doing business.
Fortunately, the person who treated me was kind, which makes the moment less traumatic. What a horror that these things happen in this country.

The rudest place on planet earth, PERIOD!
customer service is very mean and unhelpful. I talked to Jasmine at customer service and then with their manager and they both were rude and mean,
Curse and talked to me with very bad attitude. ALL THIS 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE PAYED FOR 100%, if you don t believe it just go inside and ask for some info about something. It took hours to get done with 5min thing, they got done literally with all their own things before helped me to solve my thing, and let me mention it all happened when there re no customers besides me there. I asked them politely not to curse, and talk calmly, but they said, that s the way we talk here, you don t like it, it s your problem . I m sure that one day or another all this will come back to them one way or another they will payoff, because simple they can t treat people like that, I hope some legal departments will keep an eye on them and shot this place down one day. I ll report this place if I knew where!

Scammers they towed my truck from the Home Depot, when I called them they said the Home Depot management call them to tow it, I contacted the Home Depot manager and he confirmed that they didn t call any one for towing my truck!
They Wanna change me $1100 to get my truck back

This place is the worst thing there are thieves took my truck to 12 at night and charged me 1,200

One of his cranes mistreat the cars by burning the rubbers only to get him off the property quickly. The driver's name is Joseph Diaz, a complete abuser who does not respect the property of others.

The woman at the front was very friendly and very professional and help me get my vehicle out quickly.

These mf can suck my right ass cheek . 230 i had to pay to get my car our of the tow because my parking permit wasn't visible when Ik I had that mf in my car . Then wouldn't release the car to me I had to call my grandmother to get it out. Then wouldn't let me retrieve something out my car when I came up there early that day & the other lady let me go back there . They dumb af , & i hope the place BURNSSSSS down .

Prices kinda high but the service wasn't what I expected they were actually pretty nice and professional.
