I am a ww2 vet and use to injoy going to krystals ever chance i had, in the 50 s ,used to stop with family in huntsville al. , and it was great burgers , but went to one in florence al 35630 today , i have nevr been as suprised .one pickle, very small , touch of mustard, few grains of onion.meat hard to chew. no wonder you are having to close some of your stores , want be long you will have to close them all , if i wanted buy a franchise , i would look some where else. sorry for being so negtive. I went to the crystal in Rome Georgia on Turner McCall Boulevard today and ordered hamburgers with no onions I got the hamburgers they had scraped the onions off of the hamburgers and my daughter is allergic to onions so I also order fries and Fries we're soggy and appear to have been re cooked. I also ordered corn pups they were burnt also! By the time I got home and realize what happened I didn't want to drive all the way back to krystal to get my money back or to give the food back but I did throw the food away I was afraid to eat it! The food was awful and the employees at the east rome krystal location in rome ga should be ashamed! I will also make sure that all of my 1237Facebook friends know about this so that this does not ever happened to them either!
