I have used Krumm and Assoc for over 10 years. Everything was great until this year. I have used the same accountant every year, I dropped off my docs with my name, her name on them and left notes. I got a new person calling asking multiple questions, so much so that I could have done it on TurboTax. I explained my frustration and got a line of excuses. They don't care about keeping a 10 year plus customer, I am finding someone new!
