I would rate this business a zero, but that is not an option. Krumm and associates prepared my taxes in the past and provided me with mediocre service at best; yet they got the job done.
However, filing for the 2016 tax year was a very different story. I provided my tax information in February to the same staff accountant we dealt with in the past. There was a brief period of some back and forth with questions and inquiries, and additional information needed etc. I emailed several times curious about updates, and responses were very slow and untimely. Right before the tax deadline I was emailed regarding additional information they thought they needed to file my taxes. A phone conversation took place, and after explaining the situation (the fact that the requested information was irrelevant and didn't exist) I was assured that everything would be handled and taxes would be filed.
I emailed and called over the past several weeks checking on the status of my 2016 taxes and I was rudely ignored and strung along. My taxes weren't filed nor did the firm file an extension on my behalf.
