Driving through fro skakuza gate to open gate was beautiful. So many animals and tree life. Although the time of year (beginning of august) everything is still really dry out there. And sometimes the congestion of private/public vehicles can be a bit much so I would definitely recommend going during the week when its quieter

The best place for wildlife and bird viewing, or simply to detox from a city-life and to take in nature. Home to the big 5. A variety of game drives offered by SanParks or private service providers. Accommodation available in the park, but these book out quickly, best to book upto a year in advance. Many private luxury lodges are available around the borders of the park should one prefer the finer things in life - at a price offcourse.
Simply fantastic. Even if the weather does not play along is absolutely worth seeing.

A vast array of wildlife!!! My only concern is some of the facilities were obviously very well constructed when they were built but are probably due for some level of modernization before they become too antiquated.

Top park almost as big as Belgium. Continues to Mozambique and Zimbawe. Park has different entrances and exits. There is also the possibility to spend the night in the camp. Private transportation and watching at your own pace is best, but seeing the animals like the big 5 is never 100% sure. Must stand on your trip to South Africa. Recommended.
My family and myself visit mostly bush lodges, sometimes twice a year, as we prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle .Being so far from Kruger we fly to Suikuza airport, where a hired car awaits us. We prefer to hire a combi as its higher than a ordinary car.With the result you see more game

Saw lot of game. Infrastructure in general good. Letaba accommodation was well maintained. Berg en Dal family cottage was in poor state of repair. Servicing of unit left a lot to be desired.
