On a friday they did not have all the selections. Thats dissapointing yet it was busy but very slow service with one server and one cashier. Others in other states have soy milk, this one did not!?!? Again we all were dissapointed.ihave revisited, this year 2019, huge Improvement. Better selection, more servers, faster setvice and had soy milk.

Best and busiest Krispy Kreme in the area because it is the original. Always go when the Hot Now light is on to get the best doughnuts in the world. Their seasonal doughnuts are great and they have tasty coffee and ice cream as well. They will try and get you a dozen treats because its a better deal and it is, but you will feel them the next day. Great coupons all year too.

Always great food and friendly customer service, but the drive thru is always slow. Don't expect to jump in line at 7:40am and make it to work by 8:00a.

i love this place! we go here a lot after every quarter for free donuts for each A on my report card, and their coffee is 100 times better than starbucks. i recommend the chocolate glazed with cream donut.

Was in a hurry to enter my payment they didnt scan my loyalty card and wouldn't give a receipt either.

There is a Guy who works there who I think might be the manager, well he and his team rock! They make ordering donuts an experience! This is the only Krispy Kreme I go to because The service is fast, the donuts are fresh, and the store is clean. Best crew, best Donuts.

I never really go in but I did and the customer service was great and they have is a free donut.

The employee getting the donuts was rude and had an attitude. Then there were about 10 people in line yet there was no cashier for at least five minutes. The line was continuing to back up and there were employees cutting up but not trying to find anyone to ring us up. This is ridiculous especially considering the number of employees working. Extremely frustrating experience.

Very disappointed my husband and I went through the drive through. The person taking the order was not understanding our order. We asked her if we can come to the window to place our order again she was not able to hear us. I told her we would come in to place the order as we proceeded to walk into the store the host gave us a dirty look said she had are order ready. We paid and when we got home we realized the order was incorrect. We were charged for a dozen donuts and they did not have a dozen in the box.

Always a hit! I love the coupons we get in the newspaper that are usually free dozen when you buy a dozen. Yum!

Someone gave us a gift card, which is great. The donuts were ok. They have a slight burnt flavor. Like the oil was old. And the coffee was, to say the least, equivalent to what bathroom cleaner would taste like. Seriously disappointed.

This is the oldest Krispy Kreme. The interior is nice and allows you a good view of the donut making process. It doesn't make a big hoopla about being the first Krispy Kreme either. The donuts are good as expected and the lines were fast.

The drive through was a little backed up and not much parking, but when I went inside it took less than three minutes to order and pay. Very quick service and polite staff members.
