Great food. Good coffee. Great for a quick study break and a sugar rush.

Doughnuts were hot and fresh!! The drive thru worker was courteous and friendly. Line was extremely long but they moved rather quickly.

The store was clean, the staff were friendly (even after waiting on us to make up our minds) & the kids even got to see donuts being made! Will be returning next time were in town!

Staff was very rude and snide and eventually I just left without ordering. Staff didn't care at all and went back to using their phone.

Didn't honor coupon , because they was out of OG. Only had like types to choose from. Out of almost every thing.

Top Knotch service everytime I go there. Especially when the Panthers win there games and other times as well. Keep up the good work. (Well deserved employees.) If I could I would awarded them all with a great gift.

Who doesn't like Krispy kreme, but the continued price hikes and attitude at the window is annoying...almost $10 for a dozen donuts ?! They used to be $6

The staff is very friendly especially (keisha)! The app is awesome I used it to order this time for the first time, and when I arrived sadly there was no raspberry donuts that I ordered, but I was compensated for the issue. Overall I am satisfied and I will be going back to visit this donut shop.

First time Krispy Kreme, hooked now! This place is awesome to watch everything being made in a bright clean environment with lots of glass to allow you to watch!

It is below the one star rating. WE went to eat and left . Not worth eating. We complained afterwords to corporate office. They said our complaints were not important. And the manager on duty. Said it was my problem and not his. There were two long lines for the bathrooms. We wanted to eat. Though on a time limit. Complained to manager he said it is our problem and not his. The lines to the bathroom not moving. And all the tables were dirty. And employees not do anything about it. They were not busy.

The staff at the ordering board and window are friendly and efficient. I always get good service at the Stratford Rd store.

Delicious, hot donuts. Watch for the big, red, neon sign to tell you that donuts are coming off the assembly line. And it's fun to watch the process through a big glass wall.

Love Krispy Kreme! Nice, clean, friendly staff, and the doughnut smell is addictive. Stopped when their sign's red light was on as that means they are cooking fresh doughnuts. Their doughnuts literally melt in your mouth. Lots of varieties to chose from and special doughnuts for different holidays. For St. Patrick's Day they had a green glaze for doughnuts.

Had hot donut sign on. Said it was for chocolate donuts only!! Who does that. False advertisement for those that know hot donut sign means hot glazed. Very disappointed. However, customer service was very professional at the drive thru.
