Donuts are great and the people working there are even better.

The staff was great and donuts were great as you would expect. A couple of the crew really go out of their way for customer service. Will make the effort to stop in again next time I'm in town.

The salesperson let us try a hot chocolate yeast doughnut and we had to get one each. Delicious!

Good location, easy to get in and out, has a drive-through as well. Service is quick and staff are friendly and helpful should you have any questions.

Last night 9/16 at about 7:00pm my daughter and I went inside to buy a specialty box of donuts. She was thrilled and so excited for donuts. She was asking the young lady helping us (working the front register) what donuts were the best. Anytime we spoke the employee stared at us like she hated us being there. She would not speak to us or answer any of our questions. I have no idea what we did to bother her except merely exist. My daughters feelings were hurt and I was very offended. We will not be back.

Asked for hot donuts. They were rolling down the rack. The person that waited on me went to opposite side of rack and gave me cold ones. Next person came in asked for hot donuts and they did the same thing to them. They were fresh but not hot. I will not go back there again. No excuse for that. The only time I stop at KK is for hot donuts. I am a very loyal customer. But I will not go to that particular store again.

Sry it took so long to write this. I didn't remember it being on my phone, anyway, Great visit, fresh doughnuts, great HOT coffee and friendly staff. I'd go again.

Best donuts in the world. They set the standard for donuts

Great food, great place, staff is friendly so I give all that 5 starts. However, to the owners of Krispy Kreme directly be franchise or corporate. You all make millions a year and I mean millions...why can't you all invest in a awning or canopy over the drive thru? This is a minimal investment for a HUGE return on investment. When it's pouring ran like it did this past Mother's Day and my wife wants a coffee with a doughnut I'm clearly not going to say no to her on this day. However, putting the window down to order while I'm getting soaked is zero fun. Next time the owners plan a luxurious trip spending thousands, think about the regular people that make that happen and build us a awning/canopy for when it rains we can order more product without rushing while getting soaked.

Got 1/2 hot glazed and 1/2 dozen mixed. Yum! Love KK. Their app rocks!

Great place. It's clean, looks newly renovated, and has a Doughnut Theater. And it serves hot Krispy Kreme doughnuts, which is worth 5 stars right there.

Terrible customer service at this location! My 16 year old son made an online order. He ordered and paid for 24 doughnuts for Mother's Day. When he got home he only received 20 doughnuts. The total was $30. That's a lot to pay and not get what you ordered. We called the store and unfortunately it was impossible to understand anything the manager was saying. I told her I couldn't understand her and asked to speak with someone else, but she refused. We live in Lexington so it wasn't a quick drive to go back to the store. We usually go to the Clemmons location, which has always been wonderful. We'll make sure to go to Clemmons in the future.

No line, hot donuts, no complaints! Yes, I ate one before I could take the picture...

I give them 3 stars only because the doughnuts are always delicious! The person taking my order at the drive thru SUCKED!!! I gave my order 3 times because it was repeated back to me incorrectly and, of course, the order was still wrong when we got it. Not even an apology for the inconvenience when I went inside to get the order corrected. Worst service I have ever had there!

Love krispie kreme donuts . has plain, filled w jelly, creme or custard. My favorite is chocolate covered and creme filled.

The doughnuts was great! Costumer the services suck! I went in Krispy keme I got me two doughnuts and a drink, , the lady took my order but she was rude and mean, she didn't even give me napkins with my order.she was so rude

Can't go wrong with Krispy Kreme donuts. Of course, I'm biased as I grew up in Winston Salem. Been eating these donuts for over 50yrs.
Staff is quick, pleasant and again, the donuts are delicious. Enjoy.

This is where the first Krispy Kreme moved to from Old Salem. The doughnuts coming off the conveyer are the most delicious doughnuts you could ever ask for.

Krispy Kreme is awesome! What else is there to say? Especially when the hot sign is eliminated. Getting a donut fresh off the conveyor belt is one of the best things that you could ever do in life! Sometimes, you might even have to get a whole dozen off the belt just so that as you're driving away you can still have another. And another. And maybe a couple more... Just make sure you've gotten enough so that you'll still have some left when you get home!

We miss Krispy creme since we moved to New Jersey. We stop daily when we visit family in North Carolina. Nothing beats a hot glazed!
