In the middle of October I was driving my car and listening to some country music - and heard the Kraun Electric ad - "no job too small". I had called 3 electricians who did not return calls or show up. So, I went to the Kraun website and sent them an email, stating what I needed done in my home. I hit "Send" and wondered if I would ever hear from them. Within minutes I received an auto response saying that they would contact me. This was a Friday afternoon. On Monday I received the call and the attendant booked an appointment for an electrician to come to my home. He arrived the next day, looked at what needed to be done, gave me a printed estimate and said that if I wanted the work done call Kraun to book it.
The next day I had a follow up call from Kraun and subsequently booked the work for November. Brandon not only arrived early, he did a great job, was polite, courteous and very professional. I will always highly recommend Kraun Electric to anyone who needs an electrician. Thank you to Brandon and kudos to your attendant/receptionist who was also most efficient and pleasant! Thank you Kraun Electric for doing exactly what you advertise!
Second call for Kraun electric - and what do I experience this time? Mike is there early, and does a great job.
