Parking is a problem, as it is everywhere on Kopaonik. Sound insulation, between rooms does not exist. I am satisfied with the hygiene in the room and the hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is great. They have their own bus, which runs on the track.
All in all, regardless of the shortcomings I mentioned, I would come back and be their guest again, because that s exactly how I felt as a welcome guest.
