Object with delicious food, great location (very close to the sea), spacious apartments (located next to the main building), although ours was without dishes and pots, only a few glasses, cups and cutlery. For a two-day stay it was not very important for us because 3 meals a day were sufficient. If someone wants to go to the pool only in a bathrobe, it is better to book a room in the main building , however, we had a beautiful view of the sea. A very cool place.

If someone is really interested in enjoying a nice and relaxing holiday then this hotel definitely needs to be avoided !!! We were there 5 days in July. Unfortunately, my negative list is a bit long: no air conditioning available! The staff was very rude. If you do not speak Polish, you have lost. Not even the lightest words could / did they communicate in English. The food was always the same and very unimaginative. It is not cleaned, the sand and dirt you have all the time in his bath. Hotel smells of old grease and chlorine. The tables, chairs, door handles and light switches are dirty and sticking disgusting !!! The spa is a joke. No steam sauna, no funtionierenden showers, indoor pool verchlort and completely overcrowded. The music while eating is loud as in a disco. We had to yell at us to communicate. Also because of the many children. For couples without children completely unsuitable !!! Only 1 lift for much too much hotel guests! The street noise is fulfilled by the existing fair! The beach is completely crowded, very loud and dirty! If you come by car from Germany, you should take your time in Poland! No highway, roads very narrow and poorly paved (nice greetings from the shock absorber). We would definitely not go back ... Too bad for the money .... then rather pay a bit more and go to the Baltic Sea in Germany.

After 4 stars I expected better infrastructure. For 3 types of saunas, only Finnish was active. Worse now if you wanted to cool. Shower breaks, only hot water at the pool. Salt cave without revelation, no relaxing music. Area for children and night club - failure. Hole in the billiard table, damaged sticks, and falling tiles from the floor. On the plus side only the delicious and varied food and pool.

I do not recommend this pseudohotel. I paid for the stay before arrival (weekend 23-25 August) I arrived at approx. 21 I received a card that did not work. After driving down to the reception, which is also a bar! I received another card that didn't work either. After another descent to the reception, this time I received the key, but due to the devastated door and lock, opening the door was a miracle. Once again I went to the reception and asked the receptionist to come with me to the room. He said that in fact the lock was broken, it gave me no guarantee that I could get in and out of the room. He told me to wait in the room, then he called me from the reception and on the phone he told me that there is no other room !!! I went to the reception desk to explain the situation. I received another room. There was no fridge in the room, it was very dirty, the cistern was broken, the carpet was stained, the same was the sofa and the curtains, the toilet seat was damaged, the spider in the shower cubicle, dilapidated walls, no air conditioning, no kettle, no tea. In the canteen more people than places, everything was missing - plates, cutlery, cups. Despite the fact that the receptionist assured me that they would not charge me for parking, on the last day when giving the card I received information that I should pay for parking, by the way, the car was standing under the balconies in a place not intended for this, due to the lack of places. Wanting to make a complaint on the spot, I was sent by a female employee with a business card and e-mail address to which I should describe the matter for clarification. After sending an e-mail (to all addresses I managed to find) along with the documentation (photos) I did not receive any feedback. I strongly advise against.

3 minutes from the beach perfect food Rest in the Hotel (****) I highly recommend

This is one of the better hotels in Jaros awiec. Off season, one of the few places of this seaside resort that is vibrant with life.

Great food !!!! If I don't eat tartare, I ate for dinner every day for 6 days. Large room 314 on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea horizon with a large terrace. To Dubai beach 5 min. walk. In the evening a bar with drinks and sometimes even jazzmen play on the windowsill. Swimming pool, jacuzzi at will. They accept pets. Towels changed daily. Overall, I highly recommend it, especially when the weather is not favorable.

I was there in February. I received an unheated room. After the intervention they replaced it with the same one, the third time I got not much better. Pool dirty, saunas dirty. The total lack of supervision over the cloakrooms and you what is going on there. There are a lot of children in the pool and tourists from Germany walk down naked in the common cloakroom taking a shower after leaving the sauna. Disastrous view and zero staff response. Note to the owners, I go to many hotels and everywhere there is information that the use of the sauna in bathing suits or towels. I didn't find anything like that in the King. Before you go to the swimming pool with children, check if there are running guys there. Embarrassment. I do not recommend . I don't know what these 4 stars are for.

I recommend heartily. At 1 place I put delicious food. The head has an eye on it and 100% on the plus. The hotel is conspicuous as for Jaroslawiec. It is clean, pleasant and for dinner Live music. And importantly, you can with our pets. also liked it.

A very interesting place on the coast map. Fantastic location because the beach is about 100 m away. Food was good and a very wide range of possibilities. I was very intrigued by the fact that the hotel owner and the whole team are all very helpful and friendly, which is not always the case in this type of structure.
You can clearly see here the care for the customer and taking care of his needs. An ideal place for families with children as well as for seniors.

We were in this hotel again with my wife and daughter and once again we are delighted. 5 stars are not enough. Professionalism at every point, we are already planning another stay in this place

A nice hotel opposite the lighthouse in Jaros awiec. Exquisite food, everyone will find something for themselves, delicious cakes, saunas, swimming pool, salt cave. Fantastic service.

After a few days of staying in the hotel, I cannot assess it positively. After entering the apartment (De Luxe), we found a lot of sand on both the floor and the corner, and after crossing the bathroom threshold, the only thing that caught the eye was the yellow paddling pool ... After the bath, you had to wait about 15 minutes to be able to look in the mirror, because everything was fogged up, due to the lack of ventilation ... In addition, the windows were dirty, probably washed last season, the balcony also, I will not mention the curtains ... The reader on the entrance card to the apartment often blocked. The attention paid to the reception was the lack of any corrective actions ... they only informed that someone would appear the next day to remove the fault ... but for 4 days no one came ... each time after comments we heard only ... "very we are sorry, we will try not to let this problem happen again, so what the next day was ... The ladies from the cleaning service do not knock before entering the room, which puts them in an awkward situation, !!!, the pool lives its own life . So the question for what 4 * ... ??? The only "+" I can give is a very tasty food ...

Unfortunately, nothing good can be said. After reaching the room, we were met with an unpleasant surprise. First of all, the narrowness. I ordered a room with two beds and a sofa bed, and I received a double room with an extra bed - so there was not even where to put the suitcases. TV did not work, dust on the wall lamps. Room unworthy of booking.

The hotel is generally ok for a weekend getaway. It's hard to accurately assess the hotel operation when there is a pandemic in the middle of a pandemic and hotels close and open once ... so let me give you 2 pros and 2 minuses. On the plus side, the proximity to the sea and full board with lots to choose from. On the downside, the apartment building is a separate building, so if you want to go to the spa area, you have to dress completely; after arriving, an hour after starting breakfast, for example, the tables were almost empty and there was no sign of delivering food from the kitchen.

Everything in the best possible order. Very friendly and professional service, tasty food, good conditions in the room and the spa zone, in summary nothing surprised us in the negative, benefits in accordance with the description when booking, we do not regret spent time there.

Unfortunately, the hotel overrated. You can find something more noteworthy for this money. A terrible hug at breakfast, just hunting for a table. Tasty food, although if someone chose two meals, dinner is without rave, no choice of hot dishes. In the sauna area, you have to ask for the inclusion of a steam sauna, because it is usually turned off. In the shower changing room with showers and sinks, there is no soap in the containers, probably no one thought that they should be replenished. The same for a container with drinking water, disposable cups are available until they are finished, because then no one is interested in this service. In the rooms there is only one large towel for the pool and sauna, but after using it in the room there is only a small towel, which is enough for an evening or morning bath. In addition, cleaning service only exchanges the basket and towels in the rooms, and the rest can be forgotten. These four stars are probably for the appearance of the hotel, it makes a good impression outside, but unfortunately I will not stay in it anymore. Well, maybe I will add that the reception service is nice, but in my opinion it is not enough in relation to the price.

In the last three cases, there is a lack of a "handyman". The biggest dirt I've come across was the shower cubicle and hand shower (BLACK), a leaking hose. In the dining room, saberaged cups and plates. Glasses, each from a different parish (jumble?). Sauna: dirty (towel was dirty after each visit), showers not working. Pool: lockers in changing rooms are present but not working. Everything looks beautiful only in the photos presented by the hotel on the website. There are many disadvantages that could be replaced and replaced. Some standard of cleanliness is required from a 4 star hotel but unfortunately this hotel is NONE. Of course, it would be useful to refresh the hotel, as the rooms have not been visited by the owner since its construction. Mattresses and pillows already worn, need to be replaced. The rooms lack: air-conditioning (if the hotel applied for stars before 2011, it is not required), refrigerator, kettle (coffee / tea), needle case, bags for dirty linen, slippers ("disposable"). Access to the reception is via the restaurant / bar (connected). The hotel has expanded, and the restaurant space is like it was before the expansion, sometimes there is not enough space. I will now turn to the advantages, there are few of them, but they partially "save" the hotel. The meals served in the form of a Swedish buffet deserve a very good plus (3 a day - breakfast, lunch, dinner) - DELICIOUS, everyone will find something for themselves and nice and helpful hotel staff (small "-" for the service of the restaurant room, maybe it results from that they work a long time and are exhausted. The service is still the same from MORNING to EVENING for 7 days - about 14 hours a day ?! PIP !?).

There is a lack of good coffee, not only in the canteen but also in the bar. The mixture is sour and distasteful. But that can be improved quickly.

Hotel clean service nice and helpful. Tasty food. Large selection of both dinner and breakfast. When choosing a hotel for the holidays for children, we were guided by the attractions just for them. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed here !! In the winter holidays package you offer professional animators who are to provide children with few attractions and activities. What turned out on the spot that the animations are only 2 hours during the day in addition, Mrs. "animator" is a mockery !! Zero interest in children. She brought some pages and told them to cut them out. She was sitting in a chair alone and talking on the phone and parents were helping children in the art work !!
Zero professionalism lack of energy and interest. Playroom! Hmm, I wouldn't even know it that way. There are no crayon pens toys anything they could do and entertain children. parents will not have a moment here for themselves and there are no attractions for children in this hotel. Description of the Winter Package is just a figment. We will not come here with children anymore.

I had a stay at the hotel in 2014. Maybe something has changed. Reading the reviews I come to the conclusion that not much. I will go to the details. In my opinion, the hotel did not meet the standard of a 4 * hotel in 2014. There was no safe in the room and air conditioning. Parking was paid and monitored, although the owner was not responsible for the car in the parking lot. Meals were the same almost every day, there was no cutlery, meals made for a German client. In the pool a lot of sand in the corners and a slippery floor, because there was no one to clean the water regularly from the floor. Dirty windows in the pool, which nobody has washed for a very long time. And the biggest problem with this place is the reception neighborhood next to the dining area. Total lack of organization. People sitting at meal time are witnesses of how someone with their bags handles at the reception desk at check-in or check-out. Epic fail

I believe that the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Considerable from the rooms. The times of splendor are already behind them. Problem with the door, it did not close and did not muffle the sounds at all. Dark in the bathroom. No kettle, fridge and safe. There was no bathrobe in the room. Despite a request for a bathrobe to be delivered, I did not live to see it for 3 days. The room was not cleaned once, the towels were not changed even once.
In the restaurant some dishes and jugs were broken. Despite pointing out a defect in the teapot, which simply leaked in the world, it was not replaced. (Unfortunately I found the same one during another meal) The bar is only open until 10 pm The pool has not been vacuumed for some time. A lot of sand at the bottom. Saunas and jacuzzi approx.
The biggest plus of the hotel is the food. Tasty, fresh dishes, but after 3 days it could slowly start to get boring, because breakfast and dinner are always the same. (I would suggest reducing the amount of dishes for dinner and dividing them into 2 days, which will give more variety). And finally, the funniest thing for me is the fact that parking is paid, and that's not enough, even for hotel guests.

It was a wonderful vacation. Based on our first experience in early February, we booked the same vacation again 4 weeks later. And once again a complete success and a great holiday feeling. We can highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing that didn't taste good. A repeated repetition is already noted. But maybe then at slightly warmer temperatures so that you can also move around extensively outside.

A sensational hotel with sea views from almost every room. The hotel complex is completed by an apartment building even closer to the sea (150 m), where all apartments have balconies with sea views. Great place. Delicious menu. I recommend a wonderful rest for the body 'well-being and delicacy for the palate.

Good food, the team goes to great lengths to make the guests happy. The food was always super fresh and to my taste, great flavored. Certainly there are regional flavors that someone does not like, but that's already the case at home.

The problem is the reception team.

Ultimately no problem, because the spa team, kitchen and service really impressed.
In Italy the name would have been written down without a list.
4 points because otherwise it was very good.
Tip, have guests fill out a feedback card with a rating of the crew, otherwise money will be given away and the guests will stay away, at least Germans.
By the way, conversation time with Germans, 1 or 2 minutes, with Polish guests significantly longer, although they can certainly read everything. Unfortunately, that was a bit of a downer, but the overall impression was great, but could have been better.
