Belongs to the best hotels there. Was a very nice holiday for young and old. Delicious food unlike other, very friendly and courteous staff. Thank you.

Lovely hotel, food repetitive though. Not good if you are a fussy eater. Pools great with use of waterpark. Not many shops near by bit of a walk to kundu bazaar. Mini bar in room topped up with soft drinks and beer every day

Excellent in all respects, although I arrived early, I was hosted without waiting. A hotel that deserves five stars in every respect, the rooms are clean and spacious, the food is quite delicious, but more importantly, all the employees, especially the reception, are very polite, respectful, caring, and a hotel with staff who say good holidays everywhere. It is one of the most decent hotels in the Kundu region, which is the apple of the eye of Antalya, with its location by the sea and multiple pools. It is a family hotel, and those who want to stay can definitely spend their holiday with peace of mind.

Very nice and clean hotel nice staff. Disinfectants everywhere. Wonderful am satisfied. 10 days we were a member of 19 families, thank you for everything.

We were there for a week but we didn't happy for customer service

The staff inadequacy in the hotel is extreme, even though the staff tries to keep up everywhere, it is not enough. The food is not good, especially those you can have as a snack at noon. Like a hamburger from frozen meatballs sold in Bim, it is thin dry. The drinks are half mixed with water, I am talking about cola icetea, not the drink. We went to the a la carte restaurant, we regretted it there too. The room, the sea, the pool are nice and if you take a picnic tube with you, there is no problem.

Spacious hotel, geographically well located, several pools (+6) and attractions, quality service and everything is included in the price. Food non stop

I cannot describe the size of interest and relevance. The staff was great. The people working in each unit were very valuable separately. The animation team, the bar team, the cafeteria team, the kitchen chief, were not two. A very decent and spotless hotel. Washbasins, rooms, tables, everywhere were very clean. Best hotel! Recommends everyone but mainly families with children. Lara is type Antalya's best place with only awesome hotels. And I have spent the night at several. But Saturn Palace wins !!

Brilliant loved it here and we all had a great holiday would definitely go back tomorrow if I could afford it its very clean and nothing is to much trouble for them they go out of there way to help you in anyway they can. Best holiday ever

Good hotel, room (duplex) is located on the 8th floor. Care is excellent. Eating and drinking all day. Waiters are walking around to provide you with drinks and food at the right time. +/- 20 minutes from the airport

Great hotel, nice service, great location, gladly again

Comfortable, friendly level of meeting the level of economic hotels of the region. There are aqua, lunapark, pools with different options. Not large but large enough. Antalya city center bus is always there. The dinners are good, drinks are good, I highly recommend, at the top level, producing the relevance of interest.

"Only" the third time we are here. But what a welcome .... you feel so welcome here and so much more than "just a guest". The rooms are all beautiful. The staff does everything for you and more. Even towards the end of the season you notice that the staff is really proud of "their" hotel. They are going that, so important, extra mile.

Everything was very good, I could not see anything incomplete or contrary. Cleaning is on the line, all employees are polite, modest and in a race to help, they all complement each other like a ring of a chain. Mr. Adnan and Mr. Hakan are in constant contact with customers, we are always comfortable The staff of the room cleaning are very understanding, the bartenders and the staff in the bars are all superb, the animation team is doing their best to entertain us and the security team noticed that the tire of the vehicle in my parking lot was lowered and we took the precaution, thanks. In short, I can recommend a perfect and exceptional hotel to everyone, I am at the hotel right now and I will leave tomorrow, even if we have enough time, we even thought to extend it, but I hope I will come again soon. Thank you to all employees for their skirt and service.

A high quality of service is at the heart of this hotel. The levels can not be beaten and all of the staff are perfect. There's an abundance of entertainment and pools for all different types of people. This hotel is on the beach which means a quick stroll down from the hotel and you can hit the sea straight away with a private jetty with a bar. Surrounding the hotel are multiple bars mini restaurants and food pop ups making this the ultimate package holiday destination.

If you want to stay in Antalya do not go to the saturn plce. Service provided by onumara

been the on august, nice place but a bit outdated. barley slept because the mattresses are hard as rock, we asked if its possible to change a room or ad something so it would be more comfortable, they added another blanket under and of course it didn't help. on our final night we had an early morning flight, they dissed they had to have a party until midnight under the rooms windows even though .they have endless other places to do it shortly if you want to sleep its not the hotel for you.

Everything is cool, the hotel is chic, the staff is at the height, anemiations, disco, well, everything is class.

The hotel is very suitable for a family vacation. With children you can do a lot like z.b. Children pool with a large water playground and with its own lunapark. The staff is top 10 of 10 stars very children friendly. The hotel is simply said Hammer. We were very impressed. Also the cleaning staff where the rooms cleaned one A.

We landed hotel very late and even so there is food and drinks service waiting for us. Very clean and very friendly staff working so hard for they are guests safety in this hard time. Rooms cleaned well everyday. Everyone smile and keep asking if everything ok and if we need anything. We have been many 5 star hotel. Saturn hotel as good as any 5 star hotel can give you. Location is good. Taxi and public transport stop out side hotel. Very easy to get Antalya, Lara beach or Duden waterfall. Pools (yes 5 pool) are super clean. Beach and pier very clean. Loads of sunbeds in hotel. Perfect for family holiday(lots of children here, with several childrens pools). My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our holiday. Hakan from guest relation is very good and friendly. He helped us a lot and gave us so much good information about Antalya and other place to see around Antalya. I highly recommend this guy if you like to get more information about Antalya area or any issue at hotel. He speak really good english.
It is difficult to know how the food buffet works pre Covid, but during Covid you ask for what you want from the staff at the counters and they serve it. It works very well, except when a certain subset of holiday makers refuse to wait their turn. The food is pretty good (the Gozleme is amazing nom nom), and we had 3 A La Carte just to
break up the holiday. Staff come round the pool offering various foods, and drinks.
If I had any pointers for the hotel, the room towels were a little tired, some thread bare or holey. This hotel is more geared towards families. Missing cider and I think Turkish Tea should be offered at the cafe opposite the Gozleme stand, so you can enjoy both at the same time, a perfect combo.
There are temp checks, alcohol gel regularly available and all the staff wear masks. I felt more safe in Turkey than UK.
The gym is not open, but the spa place is. There is also live music and various live acts.
All in all a very relaxing holiday, and the staff work extremely hard and are a credit to the hotel

I liked the food, the beach was excellent, there were always sun loungers and mattresses. I think this is due to the fact that the hotel is mostly populated by foreigners, and they all the time like to chill by the pool with slides and a bar. Therefore, there were always 20 people at most on the beach) Rooms are ordinary without frills, renovation of the level of "Ravshan and Dzhamshut". It did not bother us, we did not come to live in the room))) liked.

On the whole a great hotel. Goods in the new building and the rooms are really nice. Staff is friendly and food is ok too. The beach is really clean. The hotel is in a super location. Shops are enough locally.
