The hotel certainly does not meet the standards of a 4 * hotel. We lived in a main building. Rooms with a lot of mouse, especially old carpets. It also causes inaccurate cleaning. Lack of air conditioning in both rooms and public areas, rooms during the stay of guests are not cleaned (only rubbish is carried out), refrigerators are only in studios. The food is quite tasty but for dinner there is a small selection, heavy greasy meals; the dishes are repeated. Nasty drinks with meals (some artificial syrups diluted with water). There were only nuggets for children every day. Generally, despite the assurances, the hotel is not very child-friendly - no varied meals typically for children, a neglected playground and a terrible play room that looked like a dump with a few dirty toys. We will definitely not be back there. For the price, you can find hotels of a much higher standard.

Hotel in the center of Jaroslawiec. Spacious apartments, swimming pool, saunas, salt cave, spa area. First of all, delicious food, especially dinners - a selection of cold meats, fish and salads. Nice service.

We didn't manage to check in, the boss greeted us and invited us to dinner! Great atmosphere and approach to guests! I have not seen so much food anywhere. I recommend

The hotel is already quite unkempt and for 4 stars at this point does not deserve. Tasty food only young room staff probably do not finish being aware of what their job is. In general, the price is too high for these conditions, but this is how it is over our Baltic.

A great place to relax with children - clean, cozy, very tasty. Hotel in the center and close to the beach. The rooms, depending on the type selected, are clean and spacious. The service was nice and helpful. Fantastic meals - the only thing missing was coffee at lunch and dinner. As for the spa zone, the sauna pool is fine, and the treatments are fantastic - I recommend massages by Mr. Czes aw. We will definitely go back there.

In the fall, I visited the hotel again and I was not disappointed with the quality of the services provided. Very good food, amazing drinks;) great service, great cleanliness and extremely nice owners. Prices also very good. I honestly recommend!

Our second sensational stay. Great menu, lots of venison and fish, vegetables and fruit. The mood is created by live club music. We relaxed maximum. It was sad to leave. We will definitely be back. This is "our" place.

Hotel very nice food very good, I recommend it to everyone

It is a very nice hotel in the very center, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. What distinguishes it is the excellent cuisine that will please everyone. You can see the owner's commitment to the kitchen. What should be improved is certainly in a 4-star hotel: for meals there should be a coffee machine (I have seen it everywhere so far), not coffee in a thermos flask; unfortunately a small canteen - crowded, you have to wait for a table; for several years now the lockers at the pool are broken, so there is no way to leave things there; the bar is open only until 22.00, so when you put the children to sleep, you won't have a drink in the hotel; no air conditioning; paid parking is sad. However, summing up, I rate it highly.

I do not recommend that due to the lack of a Christmas setting, no extra bed for the second child. The dinner on the day of arrival was the end and it was 10 minutes before 4pm (the lady said that it was already over). Insufficient showers in saunas, damaged floor tiles in a shower at the pool.

Very nice hotel. Swimming pool, sauna salt cave and offers for excursions. Food very abundant. Always take when we are there. Great location on the Baltic Sea.

Large comfortable rooms only a fridge in the room would come in handy. Food very good. Nice pool. The jacuzzi did not work and the steam sauna did not work. Two dry saunas worked but the shower next to them had a breakdown. A nice salt cave.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Honestly, it was the first time in a long time that I wasn't afraid to touch the tiles or the shower cubicle, because everything was clean, with no other people's hair or mold.
The food is delicious and very, very, very varied - I can't imagine that anyone could complain that something was missing on the table - it would be typical clinging.
Pool clean, jacuzzi always on, saunas available.
Very kind owner and helpful staff.

Very cozy inexpensive hotel. Close to the beach and in the center of Jaroslawiec. Clean rooms, size ok. Spa, swimming pool, saunas, salt grotto and jacuzzi. Table tennis and billiards. Free WiFi.
The dining room is also the entrance area. There was frequent pulling through the constantly opening door. This could easily be remedied.
Good food, especially for lunch and dinner. Exceptionally high quality meat, sausage and fish products, very varied and tasty salads. Breakfast good, but not very varied.
You often had to wait a long time at the bar. The clerk often did not know what to do first, while the staff at the front desk mostly watched idly.
On New Year's Eve the hall was too crowded. Otherwise it was a successful event with very good live music. The menu that evening was not very different from the other evenings ..
Otherwise we missed fruit for breakfast, lunch and dessert. Instead there was always cake, the quality of which was behind the other dishes.
Free drinks with meals: water, tea and artificially mixed sweet drinks, and coffee for breakfast. Service was very friendly.
By chance we discovered that our key card also worked for other rooms, which is of course a major security flaw.
All in all, however, recommendable.

Very tasty food (no monotony, good and quality and serving and quantity, buffets were full of dishes), rooms clean, modern, spacious but without stunning views. Good glass wall pool overlooking hotel car park, no slide. Perfect SPA. Lifts, luggage carts. The location of the hotel is good, in front of the lighthouse, which is worth entering to see the whole area. Nice salt cave, saunas too. Nordic walking poles. A lot of Germans, but as usual they are nice, calm and not absorbing tourists. Wifi available everywhere. Live music from time to time in the lobby. The concrete beach was a disappointment, but the hotel owners had no influence on it ;-).

Very good Hotel-Max 5 minutes walk to the sea. Apartment with a view from the window to the sea. Food very good, I greet the chef. Homemade cakes a lot of fresh fruit. Everything is fresh on a regular basis, nothing is missing. Super breakfasts, mega super dinners, supper-revelation. After a week's stay there will be a few kilos. The pool and sauna area and the spa are great, and the salt cave to calm down. Animations and games for children with a babysitter. I would recommend.

On the plus side, very good food, service, swimming pool, sauna, salt cave. On the downside, the quality of the rooms (dirty carpet probably better for panels, damaged showers not only in the room, but also at the sauna, jamming cabinets, dirt in the rooms) and disorder in some places, e.g. at the sauna, in the nightclub.

The hotel is of a very high standard.
The gentleman in the pool at European level knows over 50 swimming styles. They all showed and presented. He taught. He has a watchful eye. He constantly looks if it is safe. Nice reception But not to be confused with competence. Waiters probably gathered from the beach.

A great place. Rooms very comfortable. We had the 3 meal option and they really were all delicious. Lots of choice and something for everyone. Very nice service and owner. I would like to go back there but $$.

The hotel is cozy, clean and well-kept. The service at the reception, bar, spa and kitchen - very polite and friendly. Very nice atmosphere and great food. Everyone will find something for himself. An undoubted advantage is also unlimited access to the swimming pool, saunas and a salt cave. Live music on selected days.
I had the pleasure to take advantage of the "Romantic Weekend at SPA" package offered by the hotel. I am very pleased with my stay, although I must admit that there were also some shortcomings. The main disadvantage is the lack of a double bed, only two single beds joined together. I think that when offering a client a romantic weekend for two, such a situation should not take place, especially since after joining the beds, one of the people has a socket for a bedside lamp behind his head and lying in the middle falls between two mattresses :) The downside for me was also the lack of fridge and kettle in the room. And that's the end of minuses :)

It's all water over the dam. It used to be a nice hotel now deserves a maximum of 2 stars absolutely not out of 4. Room was not cleaned all week. A restaurant is a constant hunt for a table (with one building, the volume of the restaurant is the same as for two now) and if you succeed, you miss either cups or cutlery. Cups chipped and you have to be careful not to injure yourself. They don't accept complaints and think they are cool, but it's not these days. No air conditioning, paid unguarded parking, worn out equipment in the rooms, no equipment in the kitchenette (two forks, spoon and knife), this is not the standard.
I honestly do not recommend because for this price you can find something much better in a better location, in a much better standard and most importantly cleaner. I don't know who gave them these 4 stars.

The hotel was good polish standard, the food was okay and the spa treatments fantastic. Only the beds were very soft and took some getting used to. But otherwise a great holiday after a very long time

I guarantee that there will be no better on the entire Polish coast! Super animator for children. Involved and you can see that he likes his work and children. Swimming pool, saunas, salt cave, billiards, ping pong, everything is available at no extra charge and without crowds. I put photos only from the playroom for children because I could not find them anywhere. In general, I honestly recommend. Worth it.

We were in January 2019 a week to relax in this hotel.
You have to give five stars for the value for money, for the great food, meat, fish, salads. Heart, what do you want more.

A great place. Delicious food which is not a standard for hotels. Nice, friendly atmosphere. You can rest and relax here. First class apartments with nice views. In winter there is peace and quiet plus SPA treatments and charged batteries. We visit this place every year. I sincerely recommend.

There is a big difference between the rooms and e.g. the breakfast - u. Dinner buffet. Room was rather poor. No trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. No air conditioning, no fridge, no toothbrush cup, door from the shower stall does not close completely. The two buffets just gigantic and delicious.

The hotel does not deserve 4 *. There are not enough places in the dining room, at meals, you literally hunt for a free table. The pool is one big chlorine, and the salt cave is a pseudo-cave because it stinks with chlorine and it's too warm. The advantage of this hotel is the proximity to the sea and very good food. Rooms in the apartment building (the hotel consists of two buildings - the main and the apartment building) are ok. Note, the apartment building has no wi-fi

Very good location of the hotel in the center of Jaros awiec and almost at the beach. Very good food, lots of choice, everyone will find something for themselves. There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, but it does not bother us. Full culture. A big plus is the pool. As for a 4-star hotel it could be cleaner in the room and in the corridors, but there is no tragedy. Overall, I recommend it because of the location, good food and swimming pool. You can choose rooms with direct access to a large, shared hotel terrace or independent balconies. There is also a children's corner and a playground, so we were happy.

The food was not the best, the hotel itself is fine ...

The hotel was in its prime. We were warmly welcomed, tried to speak German with us, the room was nice but very badly soundproofed, the shower didn't close properly, the food was great. Fresh and very good many Polish specialties. We had to let them know about room service because our room wasn't cleaned. Only when someone with a dog vacuumed then with us shower not clean and sink not, - beds were just put together strangely as if you didn't feel like it.
A shame otherwise I would have given 4 stars.

I had a stay at the hotel in 2014. Maybe something has changed. Reading the reviews I come to the conclusion that not much. I will go to the details. In my opinion, the hotel did not meet the standard of a 4 * hotel in 2014. There was no safe in the room and air conditioning. Parking was paid and monitored, although the owner was not responsible for the car in the parking lot. Meals were the same almost every day, there was no cutlery, meals made for a German client. In the pool a lot of sand in the corners and a slippery floor, because there was no one to clean the water regularly from the floor. Dirty windows in the pool, which nobody has washed for a very long time. And the biggest problem with this place is the reception neighborhood next to the dining area. Total lack of organization. People sitting at meal time are witnesses of how someone with their bags handles at the reception desk at check-in or check-out. Epic fail

Super service, beautiful apartments with a sea view (we were 2 years in a row on the 5th floor), delicious meals.

Pros - Very good location, delicious food and a large selection, nice staff, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi sufficient. Cons for 4 days stay once raised a trash in the toilet, once the towels are replaced and it's only bathing because the small one was taken and not know why it was not given, once duvets taken carelessly on the bed.

Unfortunately, it is not cleaned. The food and the location is ok. W - LAN is very slow . For parking you have to pay 4 / day which is not acceptable for such a facility and prices.

Super kitchen, swimming pool and salt cave. The facility is almost right next to the sea. I would recommend.

Most of the guests are children, but their meals are poor, the owner tries very hard, but many things are neglected or overlooked. The playroom is one floor below the restaurant, which makes it very difficult to eat your meal in peace. (How are small children). Service was poor, it made itself felt.
The stars are just the decoration of the hotel.

We were there for 4 days and it was really great!

Two things bothered me a little:
1. The beds are very soft
2. The curtains do not really darken, so you are up at around 5am ...

We recommend a place for children friendly! Delicious cuisine, especially great dinners, cleanliness ok, a place close enough to the beach. The pool is, in my opinion, too chlorinated. There is a lack of playroom and a nice playground.

A hotel for people who like crowds and screams of kids. And they have plenty of time to be seated. However, I must add that maybe I was so unlucky.
