Good Rooms, staff is well dressed and food is also good. They also have a party hall for small function like engagement and birthday party.. dinning hall is nice.

I think it's more popular for conducting events rather than for staying. I don't know about the accommodation but their restaurant is not bad.

Visited party hall... It was quite decent but lot of noise from swimming pool which was unpleasant..

Great place to be. Ambiance is very pleasant and good service from the staffs. I had ordered food for the corporate party held in my work place. Everyone loved the food. Neat packaging and timely delivery is something to be appreciated! Overall a good experience with this hotel.

This place has a good pool .
We can host party there coz it has a medium size hall and it's a good enjoyable place

I need to change the review because on based of review I got immediate response from the management and they are looks quite supportive so yes now I can say that I can visit the same hotel again.

Thanks to the management need to address some small small things for betterment of the customers.

Hosted naming ceremony in august. Chose gardenia hall(don't remember the exact name. It's about 300 capacity hall).

Costs: we found it reasonable.
Communication: experience was good. Maheshwari gave all necessary information, polite and well behaved.
Ambience: good, specially the eating area with swimming pool view *see below
Food: awesome! They have very good chefs. Our guests appreciated the food taste and quality. Dal obattu (Karnataka sweet dish) that we chose from the menu was the highlight.
Serving at the buffet: they did a very decent job!

*I would have rated 5 stars if only the swimming pool view charges was considerable. 3k for 1 hour is pretty expensive.

P.s. if you choose a hall here and would like to go for decoration (which is third party), I would suggest NOT to go for the vendor they provide contact of. He charges too much and doesn't deliver per the price. Ex: cradles he provided was of pathetic quality and 1 of it was not swinging also! I wouldn't blame the hotel management for this though because they just gave the contact. We spoke to the decorator and hired his services. We should have researched more before handing it over to him.

Stayed for almost 2weeks, reasonable room and food prices, near to highway, food is very good, staff is very supportive.

It is not worth your money .Food is ordinary and staff is not obliging they r very rude and arrogant .I won't suggest this place .

Good place to have any family functions nice ambience and a poolside space available as well.

Good ambience and environment, but my engagement was held on dec1st in kr inn. Which is handled by Ms. Geetha front office employee and followed by girish, both are unprofessional employees, where the dint provided us requirement and directly they conveyed us the left over food will disposed we don't use it. But i I booked it for 275plates but only 200people arrived the events, left over 75plates of food being disposed by them without any notification to us. And also unsatisfied employee service was horrible which they dint provided what I need for my engagement tables or etc we something took from the near by Geetha will not be present on the event date to have any communication, neither we try to call up she won't pick up. girish just try to cover up, we are really unsatisfied with the services of this 2 people.kindly do the necessary changes for the betterment of the hotel

Good roof top nearby. Taste is also good but the cost is high on food as compared to near by Barbeq nation or any hotel near by.

Good restaurant. Nice old songs with yummy snacks and drinks

Swimming pool Maintenance is very bad..rooms which are available for change of dress next to pool are stinking..no cleaness at all

Nice place for birthdays, anniversary celebration . Also engagement which I went was also a good place and spacious.
