Good ambience and environment, but my engagement was held on dec1st in kr inn. Which is handled by Ms. Geetha front office employee and followed by girish, both are unprofessional employees, where the dint provided us requirement and directly they conveyed us the left over food will disposed we don't use it. But i I booked it for 275plates but only 200people arrived the events, left over 75plates of food being disposed by them without any notification to us. And also unsatisfied employee service was horrible which they dint provided what I need for my engagement tables or etc we something took from the near by Geetha will not be present on the event date to have any communication, neither we try to call up she won't pick up. girish just try to cover up, we are really unsatisfied with the services of this 2 people.kindly do the necessary changes for the betterment of the hotel
