Hosted naming ceremony in august. Chose gardenia hall(don't remember the exact name. It's about 300 capacity hall).

Costs: we found it reasonable.
Communication: experience was good. Maheshwari gave all necessary information, polite and well behaved.
Ambience: good, specially the eating area with swimming pool view *see below
Food: awesome! They have very good chefs. Our guests appreciated the food taste and quality. Dal obattu (Karnataka sweet dish) that we chose from the menu was the highlight.
Serving at the buffet: they did a very decent job!

*I would have rated 5 stars if only the swimming pool view charges was considerable. 3k for 1 hour is pretty expensive.

P.s. if you choose a hall here and would like to go for decoration (which is third party), I would suggest NOT to go for the vendor they provide contact of. He charges too much and doesn't deliver per the price. Ex: cradles he provided was of pathetic quality and 1 of it was not swinging also! I wouldn't blame the hotel management for this though because they just gave the contact. We spoke to the decorator and hired his services. We should have researched more before handing it over to him.
