About two years ago we had problems with our sewer. The sidewalk subsided. We live in Hoek van Holland. Hoek van Holland is part of Rotterdam and in Rotterdam pipe in the sidewalk between the sewer and the house is the responsibility of the homeowner. When digging the sidewalk open, we found that a cable had broken our pipe due to subsidence (construction work on the other side of the street). Repairing was not possible, because where the sewer had to run, a cable was now running.
The employees of the municipality thought it was a cable from Stedin. Stedin did not really cooperate. We are not so much of a noise, but after a year and a half of discussions we only called in a lawyer. Then Stedin suddenly wanted to communicate with us and it turned out that the cable was KPN's.
Pure prejudice, but I lost heart. Working with such a giant again. I was wrong.
After a letter to the head office, we received an email and a call from Mr. Minkema from KPN. In order not to make a long story indefinitely longer, I report here that KPN has taken things up quickly. and that everything is arranged in a short time.
I am so very happy with KPN. We were afraid that the subsidence would cause someone to drop by the sidewalk with all the nasty consequences that entails. Those concerns are now over. KPN has shown that it is also easy to communicate with large companies. Stedin left us in the stench and misery for a year and a half and KPN took us out in no time. Awesome!

In my opinion, this company is guilty of unfair commercial practices by asking 62.50 euros for simlocking for telephones that are 7-12 years old, while our disabled fellow human being can still operate the older devices in a care home, which with the new devices not going anymore. As far as I know, KPN may not charge any costs. I do not respect employees who try to do this. I have therefore asked Opta to investigate and impose the highest fine for KPN. I believe that after a reasonable period of use you should be able to go to another telecom provider and that putting up a hardware blockade is in violation of EU law. You don't want a blockage on your laser printer after 10,000 prints?

KPN why is it so difficult to file a complaint with you? I have an expensive mobile subscription that promises a very fast 4G network unfortunately I am already two weeks on holiday in France and continuously very slow and bad internet connection. Sometimes no network at all. Several times the customer service called and I am not helped. I find it very strange that my friend who has a much cheaper subscription has a 4G internet with another provider. In addition, I have been paying a lot of money for two weeks now and I do not get what you promise from you. I have a luxury insurance package I have to pay 90 euros excess. Still have to fill in various forms to download. Really the worst service you can get. I immediately canceled all telephone insurance policies from my staff. Have it made at the media market within an hour for 98, -. Really outrageous KPN. Have been a customer for 25 years. But this is real crook behavior Kpn.

Very disappointed I was supposed to get a mechanic never showed up. Called about this, they would like to send me a paid technician :( is also the only thing they can. Would be called back never happened. Madam she that I could get my monthly amount back in compensation is unfortunately not the case in practice. Always being called 3x. Complaints line of their can also say nothing more than sorry. After 17 years Time for another provider, I think :(
