Good quality of service and nice rooms. Quite good continental breakfast. Location is acceptable and it is 10 minutes walk from metro.

Be careful because the area around the hotel is not very secure.

The staff was incredibly helpful. Rooms were nice. The breakfast was terrific. This Holiday Inn helped make our anniversary trip amazing.

I have tried their restaurant. It is nice the staff aswell. Good for business people because they have a special menu that take into account the time you have left.

Nice breakfast. Good service. Nice and clean room. Room size smaller comparative to the price. Good location. Very close to Bus 54 and 74 routes. RER C and Metro 13 are also walkable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Good value hotel just on the border of Clichy and Paris. Extremely friendly staff. Subpar breakfast and rooms / washrooms require renovations.

Wonderful hotel. Immediately outside Paris, excellent restaurant, and Clichy is a fun little suburb.

Top hotel. Perfect situation. Close to Metro and RER. Visit of Paris on foot from the hotel. The neighborhood has evolved very well.

Just to sleep ..place is fine but not recommended..very oddly structured rooms and too gloomy

Pro: The room is very big. Free wifi and free breakfast with good selection. Staff are friendly. The lobby is tidy and clean.

Con: It s 550 meters from Metro. It has construction along the way. The surrounding is dusty and outdated. The room I stayed has a big broken tile under bath tub which is very unpleasant to look at.

So came today paris didn't know where to stay. Found holiday inn on booking.com
The place is amazing. The customer service is very good. Rooms as very cleaned and serviced and air conditioned. The price was good I think as this is located right in the city centre. It has a nice canal view. I would deffinetly come here again.

Stayed using points, and as a platinum member got free "upgrade". If I'd have paid for the upgrade I'd have been extremely disappointed; nothing about the room was superior apart from a fridge and a couple of snacks/drinks. This being said I'm reluctant to drop any stars as essentially this was a gifted upgrade. Staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't help enough, would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very pleasant, great breakfast, well located, close to the subway and shops. Only "if not" is the room service that ends early.

Very bad experience. Strongly do not recommend to book. 1. There was a trike in front of the hotel and the main entrance was blocked by a group of employees. It was very shameful for IHG that they have this kind of problems. 2. In the morning of new year 2018, suddenly a fire alarm broke the dreams of everyone at 9:30. Then electrify was cut off until very late in the afternoon. 3. When I checked in, I was told that I can make the switch of breakfast for first day without payment because I paid it for second day and I cannot take it. However, when I checked out, I was told that I have to pay. It was only after a long time discussion that I got the kind approval that I can have the breakfast wavier for first day. Very bad experience!

Hotel is decent and clean, no frills. I did not get the breakfast package or go to the restaurant. There's different restaurants nearby, a bakery a bit down the street and stores nearby you can get groceries at (much cheaper).

One thing I didn't realize is how far the hotel was from the different tourist sites. I spent a lot on uber. And the area had construction going on and bad traffic in the morning.

Location is next to a very busy street but noise is ok. Staff is friendly and rooms are very big (corner room).

I had to change rooms after waking up in the middle of the night with infected bites. It seems to me that this is due to a spider or fleas. The hotel was very responsive and immediately took action: new room, free meal and seclusion of room 501. It seems important to me that guests should know that this can happen at this hotel. I travel a lot and in many continents, it never happened to me elsewhere.

Maybe it is not the hotel's top but the location is very good, currently the minimum inconvenience due to the street renovation. Pleasant rooms although it would be nice to refresh them. The hotel service was very nice

Rooms have to be completely renovated, staff does not speak a word of German although they write it, breakfast is ok, hotel does not deserve 4 stars

Okay hotel, though Lobby area seemed very messy with left over glasses and snacks from the complimentary offering. The hotel is currently in an area which is having lots of building work near by.

Perfect, fast and efficient service. Also impressed by the restaurant DOOR'S. You can go there with your eyes closed. ;-)

A hotel on the city ring with good metro connection. The price-performance ratio is good and the service is also ok. The rooms are kept simple, but you are usually only to sleep there when visiting Paris and you can do that very well.

A nice hotel with easy access to the city center. The breakfast is very good - the selection is very large. Even at lunchtime you can eat well in the restaurant. The rooms are also well equipped and quite large for Paris. The room service was great. The only drawback is that you (at least in the seventh floor) the windows can not open and thus not ventilate and fresh air can let in, only on the air conditioning this is possible. But if soo fresh air comes in question ... Otherwise you can only recommend the hotel!

It is suitable for staying one night before the flight to Charles de Gaulle Airport every morning. Simple and clean. Some have wifi speed. Good performance is also ideal.

The rooms are of great quality, and the bathroom is really nice. Decent breakfast, but I would not recommend the dinner buffet.

Next to the Charles de Gaulle airport, good bedrooms and nice services.
