Terrible. Had to augur with them regarding incorrect bill. In the end head office had to fix it.

Terrible beds ( old), showers have no pressure on any floor.

Holiday inn Porte de Clichy (92). Hotel standing 4 stars, modern. Reception at the reception ok, kind, a little technical. It lacks a personal touch. Welcome Service excellent breakfast. Very personal touch, very affordable. Endorsement and professional. Breakfast copy and very good. I recommand it.

2 hour power cut in the morning when getting ready, lunch in the dark, no tea, warm hot chocolate. No commercial offer, for the reception it is not their fault.
In addition, for a 4 star, the rooms are very small, the furniture is damaged, the catering average.
I had to come back in February and April and well I will choose another hotel

The experience was good only they don't have a bell boy so you'd have to carry your own luggage.

About 15 minutes from the subway station, the sound is not very good. The sound of the car is clearly transmitted to the room.

Clean room, helpful staff. No swimming pool and nice market near it. But empty minibar and bathroom have only single soap.

We were there last weekend and we had a great stay.
The staff was more then healthy, our hotel-room has been huge for Paris-relations, it was clean and it was easy reachable with car.
The next metro station wasn't that far and so we were able to discover almost everything we wanted on one weekend.
What I just found poor, was the breakfast. There could have been more choice and less convenient-food, like e.g. those terrible juices out of canisters. The coffee could have had a darker roast, too.

Just travelled the world for a month and this is by far the worst hotel we have stayed at by a long shot. I was just threated by the staff because I wanted a fan!!! They dont have Air Conditioning AT ALL! And when I asked for a fan i was greeted with an a**hole security guard who threatened to call the police on me and got in my face for keeping my door open because the room was so hot! Room service never even came TWICE when I ORDERED things! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE IN A 3RD WORLD COUNTRIES THAN THIS HOTEL...DONT WASTE MONEY LIKE WE DID! In my opinion the people who 5 stars were paid by someone. There's no way someone gives 5 stars to this hotel!

Hotel very well managed. International or business customers. The neighborhood is changing, for the moment without much interest. Catering at the rendezvous, an effort on the price would be well seen. Modern and functional room. One or two things to improve: the brand of tea served at breakfast or in the restaurant, and the traditional check-in / check-out not always very fast.

Very quiet room. Restaurant is good. Staff can go from really friendly and professional... To just ok. All in all. Ok quality price.

Hotel is decent. Pretty affordable. Not the best location though. Be prepared to travel to the sights.

Pleasant hotel, super clean. Unfortunately only one night was there. The area is not great but a metro station is nearby. Staff makes an effort and is accommodating. English is spoken but not all the staff can speak English well. All in all, a nice hotel which I can only recommend.

Quiet and clean. The hotel experienced heavy cost cut in the restaurant budget. Cook and personnel very professional.

It's a good place for 4 5 day stay. Whole is Paris is easily accessible from her via metro and bus. There are convinience stores near by and lot of eateries. Also this place has good business class rooms and environment with friendly staff and good service

1. Poor cleanliness, nose on the towel
2. Stayed for two nights, stayed for one night, requested to clean the room, and returned to the bathroom trash can at night but still had garbage.
3. The breakfast taste is acceptable, but there are many loud Chinese groups, and the dining time is chaotic, and there will be a situation in which the food on the plate is swept away.

Hotel very quiet and well connected, near Paris, spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean and well equipped. Excellent varied breakfast, good bistro menu at the Doors restaurant with dish of the day. Impeccable welcome, good presentation, helpful and friendly staff. A very good address, excellent value for money. The plus: the hotel is located right next to the new judicial city Batignolles, it's convenient.

Support with hotel strikers and shame on leaders who treat their employees so badly.

Clear and airy place but lack of sharpness as well in the deco as in the service that toilets not an ounce of sympathy of humanity in the many people of the reception ... a smile yet ... that of the little discreet man who arranges the buffet ...

Good hotel for business travel. Has fast access to CDG airport if you plan to travel mostly for work, else also accessible to the rest of the city by bus and metro. Breakfast is good and the addition of a fresh orange juice press is nice.

It was everything I expected. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. The staff didn't have great knowledge of vegetarian restaurants in the area, so if that's high on your must haves from hotel staff, consider doing some research in advance.

Great welcome but the room leaves to be desired no ventilation it smells !!! I do not know what to be polite window does not open .. sorry but for a hotel of this standing can do better or lowered the rate .... .

Sorry but a big hotel in Paris CANNOT serve a #glutenfree meal. Impossible you should be ashamed. For all visitors with food allergies book another hotel. I am spire elite but will not come back to this hotel @holidayinn

I was here for a two days workshop (I did not sleep here). The room was clean and comfortable with drinks and food regurlarl refurbished. Lunch was ok (seated the first day, self service the second day). 10 mins walk from the metro /RER.
