Totally disappointed. I have used this company since to 90s. I set up a service today only to have the tech tell me he has to do a water test prior to service. He put my system in BYPASS And ran the water for 15 minutes without going thru my neutralizer tank . Then tested my raw water( without treatment)!!! He stated my ph was low and he will quote me a whole new system and he cannot add any material to my neutralizer tank. I asked how can you test raw water with out treatment and then try to sell me a 1500.00 plus tank. He blamed office staff for not communicating their new policy that the owner will not allow service unless you come up with hundreds of dollars for a bogus test result. Unfortunately I missed a whole days salary for this run around . Be warned.

I was very impressed with their service. I needed annual service on my water conditioning system (replace filters and check system). They were very nice on the phone, and sent a tech that same day to see what needed to be done at no charge. Their quote was much less than the original company who installed our system. The tech returned the next day at the appointed time and did everything in less than an hour. Our bill was even less than the estimate because one filter did not need to be replaced. We will be using them in the future for any work on our system and we recommend them.

If you don't want to keep buying bottled water, get a system, then get an RO, it's worth it! My brother came over one day and asked for a glass of water and after taking a sip, he's like, "Wow, this water is delicious!" True story! Century water keep making delicious water for decades to come!

I have been using Century water for many years. I have moved twice and had them install an R.O. in both my houses. The techs are very knowledgeable in what they do in both in service and installation.

Great, knowledgeable, friendly service from the office staff to the service technicians. Matthew quickly identified the issues with my existing system, gave me three different options to rectify. I selected the solution, and Matthew installed.

We have been Century Water customers since 1997. Century Water installed a new water conditioning system to replace the old one that served us since 1997.

We are extremely satisfied with the new system installed 10/8/2020 but more importantly the level of service we continue to enjoy. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a water conditioning system to soften their well water.

Review of 10/26/2020 UV Light System Installation:

To complement our new new water conditioning system installed 10/8/2020 we had Century Water install a UV light system designed to sanitize our well water flowing into water conditioning system of bacteria.

Our new UV light system gives us the peace of mind that the water coming from our facuets can now be used for cooking and drinking.

Overcharging for service
I called for a water neutralizer service I was quoted 85.00 plus 58.00 the service man came out looked at system and gave me a quote of 629.00 for the service. rip offs
I only paid 580.00 for the system installed
I called south jersey water they will complete the job for a fraction of the price

This company rocks! I needed to have my well system in my home completely revamped during Home Inspection and under a tight deadline and they knocked it out of the park! They are very knowledgeable about what they do and are very professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Century Water Conditioning was excellent. The office staff I spoke with was friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. The appointment was set up in a timely manner. A technician came out to assess my water conditioner (free of charge) and gave recommendations for reconditioning or replacement. I was able to make an informed decision and quickly schedule the work. Both technicians that came to my home (for the assessment and the actual work) were professional and followed covid safety guidelines; i.e. they wore a mask without my asking, which was not the case for many other vendors I've had in my home over the last few months. The work was completed on time and without any mess.
