Easy to get to, the stage is impressive, and the lobby is beautiful! Can't wait to see a show here again!

Really cozy venue, great seating, parking was easy!!
Quality shows, layout and sound system. Venue is clean, staff is professional, events are well organized and produced.
The performances at The Kroger Center have always been over the top.
An acappela group called Pentatonix, is also over the top in pleasure to the ear and soul. I am using this forum to request their performance of holiday music prior to Christmas with their unbelievable arrangements and interpretion. It seems to me this would be a beautiful match.
You can always count on a great performance at a good price.
Visit the center for son's graduation this facility is very clean and nice would love to see some type of art show here hopefully I get a chance to go back again
The ATT Calendar Unveiling is always a very cultural way and well respected venue to acknowledge the accomplishments of African Americans to the state of South Carolina...thank you very much!!!
Wonderful Evening
Such talent
This building is wonderful. The musical was outstanding. It was high energy, with great dancing and singing and a twist that you do not expect at the end.
Great shows and partnerships to bring the arts to Columbia.
Excellent acoustics and not a bad seat in the house! Super enjoy all of the performances here. A gem for Columbia!
The theater was fine and the staff was good. Parking is always an issue and the new garage helps, but really, $10?!?! Just down the street in the Vista is half that and I don't even pay that in downtown Charlotte when I go for theater. I know many people may not have a problem with that, but it seems too high to me.
Great place to see a show. Continental seating gives everyone a great view of the stage.
Great venue to see a performance of any kind. Our last vist was STAR WARS by SC Philharmonic and it was awesome. The sound did John Williams music proud. There may be a lack of bathrooms on the first floor but you can find seemingly hidden bathrooms upstairs. Plenty of public parking in very close walking distance or a cheap Uber ride to vista and 5-points restaurants. They do have pre order intermission drinks which my Wife thinks is just brilliant!
Saw A Christmas Story - The Musical Wed 20Dec17. Great show and nice facilities.
I attended an event last nite involving a
Program called "MORE JUSTICE" presented by the Nehemiah Action Assembly.
Drive by the Koger Center. Beautiful building. Circle drive way for drop off and pick up. They post upcoming events on a electric sign out front.
We went by cab to avoid paying for parking garage and traffic mess after event.
Fantastic evening playing the music of John Williams with the Palmetto Concert Band.
Minimal space unless the chairs next to you are empty... otherwise nice place to see great shows!
Not really a seat with bad view in the house
Efficient concession mgt. You could prepay for an adult beverage before show for intermission Then there was a convenient table all drinks were pre-poured waiting for you and no line!
I love the seating and they always have such amazing productions! This time was WICKED! So good!
Beautiful place, maybe an extra snack bar would lessen the lengthy lines? Just a tip.
Very beautiful building. Loved the whole set up to this place.
Wicked was very good the cast, sets, and the lighting were very amazing! I really cant believe that i saw the same bubble Kristin Chenoweth rode on the Tony Awards. Please bring wicked back after Quarantine.
Spacious, clean, in the heart of downtown Columbia. Well staffed during events and is easily noticeable from the street.
We love going to the ballet every year here at the Koger Center
Saw Wicked here. It is really hard to get a bad seat. The theater is smaller so it is more intimate and makes the performance seem grander. The staff was courteous and organized.
A culture Center in the Midlands- We love the BROADWAY SHOWS- Comfortable seating, helpful staff- great concessions
Saw the Nutcracker here. Nice place overall. Seats are uncomfortable.
Very nice facilities, but it was difficult leaving the parking garage between events.
Great performances. No bad seat in the house, only wish said seats were comfortable.
The seats are entirely too small. AIRPLANE seats are more comfortable.
Sound quality great, but not enough restroom accomodations. I waited 15 minutes in line to the end of the intermission. I won't return to this venue nor will my friends. We will travel to Atlanta, Charlotte or Greenville for performances.
We have seen three plays at Trustus recently and he e enjoyed them all. The small space means there is not a bad seat in the house. There is an amazing amount of talent here. And let's not forget to mention the complimentary popcorn! Wine , beer, and other beverages are available for purchase and you can enjoy them at your seat. We will be back !
The show was awful but the center was lovely. Huge bathrooms when you first enter, great for large groups.
Great show! We saw wicked last night! I am a smaller person as is my husband and we felt very tight in our seats. The cushions made it so you had to sit perfectly straight up which made for an uncomfortable couple hours, but was worth it.
The presales for alcoholic beverages was a great idea! However, it would have been nice had they explained it a bit better so I wouldn't have waited in the long line and known the table I needed to go to was somewhere else. But that's fine, it worked out.
I had about 45 seconds to drink it before having to throw it out or miss part of the show, so I drank fast! It's the only venue I have been to that wouldn't allow me to bring my drink in with me. I did at the first act but walking in for the second I was stopped.
The show was amazing!
The place was beautiful! I saw Wicked and it was great. The concession stand was underwhelming to say the least. I would go again
Be careful attending this facility if you are handicapped. My husband was denied seating in the appropriate area for an event on June 4, 2019. He could not sit down in the regular chairs and had to sit on the arm rest of a seat at the end of a row until he was in so much pain and discomfort that we had to leave. To the credit of a nurse there, she tried to help him, but he was already in place, he did not want to maneuver the stairs again and had already been told no. I tried to call the facility and no one answers.
A decent venue, but avoid buying tickets online here if at all possible. In addition to the normal expected fee for these services (though it is a little steep), they apparently think we still are in the 1990s because they then tack on a $16 "internet fee" (through their provider Choice Entertainment Technologies, now part of The Shubert Organization). The response from the Koger Center was a) We don't have any control. Yes, you do. You negotiate the contract and it's done under your name; b) Come to the box office (no fee except for the $2 restoration fee to help preserve the place; but two trips in my vehicle, one for the tickets, one for the show -- guess they don't care about carbon footprint); or c) Use the phone option (other fees but at least no internet fee -- I'm unsure if there's a phone fee; you know, that's pretty cutting-edge tech). Sure, you open at 6 pm, 8 am? Yeah, didn't think so. Same "conform to our business hours" attitude. But, you see, it's 2020, and the world doesn't work that way anymore. So those in the arts note -- treating your patrons like a piggy bank is not a winning strategy.
Jersey Boys was a great show. Crowd control wasn't.
Great venue. Love the atmosphere and design. Not a bad seat in the place.
Expensive for the JR phylharmonic orchestra! $15 per adult???
Nice venue for shows or concerts. We attended a high school graduation there so the building is available to rent. Security was present to manage hecklers. It was interesting. Garage parking is conviently located across the street/$5 per car. Not a fan of the 39 steps to get to the main entrance however.
I've experienced graduations and ballets here. The staff has always been professional. Parking is usually an issue, so expect to walk a few blocks.
This venue needs a center aisle. Seats 1& 2 is torture!
Went there for a graduation, nice and spacious hall. Most of the time, you'll have to park on the roadside.
To many stairs outside. Get dropped at door or wear your sneakers
