Worst company ever. An employee is only treated like daily labor.

Currently working with Knoah solutions since 1 year.. Except the moderate salary, everything was top notch.. Transport service is very best compared to other BPOs.. If you gain good knowledge, you'll be promoted fastly depending on your process.. Company will give encouragement and support to hard working employees.. Overall, I'm very satisfied working with Knoah..

This company doesnt deserve to stay in the market due to its poor or i can say worst management in some processes n HR team dont respond with perfect answers, you would get tired n irritated n then force yourslf to leave ya job finally

Knoah = No aaaa :( No transport allowance if you come self, No insurance cover to your parents, only self. No tissues or tissue dispenser in washrooms. No individual lockers. No good leaves. No proper salary. Payslip will show more but salary credit sms will show around Rs. 5000-7000 of discrepancy.

It is a company of trendy people.. And a good part time option...You cannot shape up your career here.... Because it pays very very less...

If you are a fresher and wants to start your career in BPO then knoah is the right choice.

Knoah is really a good platform for fresher's and a person who have backlogs. You can really start your career here to face the corporate pressure and working culture. This company have many proceses and good supporting team. They provide two way cab without any deductions,but package is the main concern. If you just want to expose the working culture then you're god to go, until and unless you've other offer.

They fire people just like that, they only think of business not about employees

Everything is good except salary and transport timing, they'll will not pay if u don't need a cab. As per the work salary doesn't meet the basic level also, there is a no difference b/w a graduate and inter student. They'll pay same salary for both. If you have an experience they'll pay little higher but not to your knowledge, study and skill. I recommend this job to who studied inter bcoz after studying 4 years also u will get same salary in knoah

Honestly speaking, I didn't find much negative points as mentioned by the reviewers below. Obviously every company takes the whole day for the interview and not just this organisation. Technical rounds were not that tough and one doesn't have to stress more for the assessments 'coz, since everybody possess a smart phone in the present scenario, one should know how to crack the interviews. Yes, as per the pay, they provide you the amenities and you cannot expect a hi-fi ambience as it is not a top company. Atleast we have transport unlike Deloitte who doesn't even give reimbursement if you are travelling self. Also, accenture directly deducts 4000 from your salary for the transport. Amazon makes you work like hell and then pays you which has loads of work pressure. All I can say is, your communication with sensible answers plays a vital role and if you have set a short term goal, then go for it.

One of the company which plays with jobseekers..they conducts interviews just for their satisfaction..no mercy on freshers who think that they can get a platform..they make us wait for results from morning to evng finally they select very few candidates and very easily turns their head and walk away..if you dont have more vacancies then dont conduct walkin drive..

Not about the building it's about the company pathetic to work

they simply call for interview and conduct paragraph writing round after we have to wait 3 hours for results
After 2 round again you have to wait 2 hours

Except food court every thing in the company is good.

The interview is very simple and easy. HR recruiters are soft spoken and understanding.

Good startup company for freshers with all facilities.
I can say a fresher can join immediately as technical support agent. Company provides free transport, on time salary. No confusion over shifts and process.

It's a very good company, yesterday I attended to the interview for the role of chat process. I have cleared 3 rounds and rejected at operations round, I felt bad. But I'm happy because HR said that you can attend directly to the operations round after 30 days. Recuritment team was good but they are strict, it also good. In operations round sorry i forget his name, i didn't seen a person like him. He is very very good, polite and respectable. Sorry to say this, they took lot of time for completion of whole process. Please make it fast as possible as you can.

I went on interview,what I felt is they are more looking for candidates with soft skills,be prepared they will not ask you as you expected..

Worst Hr service. Hiring Hr is muslim and never takes muslim candidates. Gives preference only to Hindus.

Great company fir BPO job, awesome work place, no stress.

Interviews here goes on 365days,can get job here on inter qualification also.
Knoah can give you your first job.
But if you have any serious alternatives it is bad option.
Work is hetic but environment is good.

Better place if you want start your career in BPO sector ... But don't expect high packages

The stupid company ever in the planet...the company policies are very bad, they don't follow what they say and they don't say what they follow...the HR people and the TL's showcase themselves as the innovators of world technology by forgetting that it's just a BPO company...the company is running with non ethical, non moral values and in hands of stupid people......

At the end of the day...recession rate is 100% here... I personally recommend no one should waste their time and energy in this @Knoah solutions....

Good to start your career at knoah solutions as of my view as a fresher. Yes, there is little pressure of work, but yes every individual company has work pressure. There are many processes in knoah, they provide two-way cab facilities.

Place looks good,
but the process of interview is very slow.
if u go for interview it ill take a day.
its about BPO voice and Non Voice process company.

I am working here, It is best for fresher to start their carrier and to experience corporate Life in Hyderabad.

After 6 rounds of interview conducted in 3 concecutive days...Given me the golden offer...of worth 9K(wowww) per month for which i wasted Rs.500/- just to travel to the interview.

Even security gaurds will earn in a far better way...My suggestion to those guys..who is still ready to work for the package, can better try the security jobs too..According to my view..

My suggestion to KNOAH SOLUTIONS is, it is better to mention the package range in the interview call letter itslf, so that there will be no waste of money and time for candidates and to the company

Very good company to start with.. Any company will have their own set of Cons and it is not something different here. But here there is a huge chance for career growth for an entry level .

Best part here is there is a lot to learn and a very good work environment .
