Excellent start for the freshers who are not willing to go to development side or any other core side. It is completely BPO based company.

Knoah experience is worth for MNC companies. U can expect high packages wen u move to other MNC with KNOAH experience atleast 1yr.

They unnecessarily conducts too many rounds of interviews to make feel applicants not worthy so that they can hire them in less package of salary...

ITS like a call girl centre in hyderabad. and women employess behave as they are the it employess

I worked here more than a year and great place to work but shift timings are not good

It is a good company for the fresher to start career with Knoah. If you are experienced then you will not get good salary. The hrs give fake increment policies while joining don't believe them. There is no job security for TWC process. The job is like sales job rather than technical support. The transport system is very worst of its kind. If you are a girl then you will extra support from your supervisors and team leaders, they will also take advantage of you. They also have a fake site to ditch the employee performance. They always underestimate employees. A lot of recruitment will be always going on for TWC process daily. The wort part is the PF balance is also kept by the company until and unless we submit the withdrawal form. They don't even link the PF balance to the online PF account.

Good start for fresher towards career into bpo ....but u wouldn't find any scope there after !! and trust me the Payscale is the worst u would have ever saw....

It is very good company to start with. Once u have joined though the salary may be initially low you have many other positions internally. You can grow faster to better positions than compered to other companies. The trainers and other environment of the company is always with you to help you out any time. Overall my experience working with Knoah is very good.

So before going for interview just plan & go.

Staff here are not all friendly, they're too mean and too exaggerated about the work they do.

It's a non-voice chat process night shifts jobs related company.I went there for the interview ,the selection process was by conducting exam in English grammar, sentences in the computer.

Good platform to startup your career as fresher but it will be better if salary is good

This is my workplace. I have been working in this company for more than a year. This is also one of the nice MNC company. If u want to start ur carrier with a BPO company then this company would be a good choice as u will have lots of stuffs to learn.

Whenever you visit here there will be openings for the Fresher's in one or the other field

Don't ever try to get in to this company. They do treat you even cheap than dogs. 6 days working and they will never provide you with the knowledge on many situations on how to assist but they will surely ask you to help customer on this and get an positive response from the customer. Funniest thing i have even listened too. literal work place harrasement. Im not talking about only one person I'm talking about the whole teams and the company I know what this company is really doing with its agents. They will not even allow to resign if you don't like the company they will say on your face to work for two more months we will look after that. That will never arrive. over times no leaves and harrasement mentally and physically.

It's the best company for fresher to start their carrier The atmosphere And all the HRs and working members are too Good... Specially Team Trainer Jawad Is the most humble and Polite Guy I have even seen..the training Session is just awesome done by him..!!

One of the worst company, they definitely make us to wait at least 10hours, they have worst process for those worst process they keep techinal round, passage writing. So friends don't even think to attend for interview at knoah

NO PROS ONLY CONS:
The PAY IS VERY BAD! 9k per month.
If u want to quit job b4 6 months u have to paybacks three months of ur salary to them to get an experience letter. PURELY BUSINESS MINDED.
No leaves in First 3 months. WHAT *****? ARE WE SLAVES or What?
The SHIFTS are their wish, So u have to follow them like a dog shaking ur tail they may ask u to come on night shift for one week n day shift for the next week.

SALARY CTC THEY MENTIONED BEST IN THE INDUSTRY ACTUALLY IT'S THE WORST.
3 DAYS OF INTERVIEW WASTE OF MONEY N TIME.

IN SHORT THEY INTERVIEWED ME FOR 3 DAYS WITH 6 ROUNDS FOR A 9K JOB, FOR WHICH I HAVE SPENT 500 RUPEES FOR 3 DAYS, FORGET MONEY, WHEN I TOLD THEM WHY DON'T U MENTION THE PACKAGE AS 9K WITH RESPECT SO THAT PEOPLE LIKE ME WOULD NOT ATTEND AND SAVE THEIR TIME AND MONEY THEY RESPONDED LIKE MIND YOUR BUSINESS.

IN ONE LINE I WOULD SAY THAT GHMC PEOPLE WHO ARE SWEEPING ROADS IN THE MORNING THEIR JOB IS FAR BETTER THAN A JOB AT KNOAH SOLUTIONS...

Out of 4 rounds of interview I cleared 2 rounds and failed in third round which is ops round... but I must say the HR team is very cooperating as I failed in 1st attempt they gave me another chance to improve my subject knowledge but I failed again... my bad.. but the HR Madam there is very kind and soft spoken

Interview process is like tortoise, if u go in morning by 10 you will return in the night 10..The 1st round male hr is very rude, he treat peoples as if they came for begging for a job,dont forget you were also a fresher before and u too did mistakes.

i didnt understand why the recruiter will conduct the interviews without selecting a person.they do mails for hundreds of people of 1 vacancy

If you want to join the worst company, I recommend this company. This company has no morals, no carrier development, less salaries (even security guard can earn more money compared to this company). Worst team leaders working for decade in the same company with no promotions and offers.

There are two clients in this company, TWC and Samsung process. These are the worst processes.
Terminating the employees without any reason is the motto of this company. Coming to Samsung process, internal politics play crucial role in this process. Manager of this process is a smiling MORON.

If you are a fresher and wants to start your career in BPO then knoah is the right place.
