i wish to join this dedicated team of security guards, how can i apply , i already completed SIRA training successfully .

The tokens for parking in Town Square are always running out, its happened to me no less than 10 times in the last couple months. Ive complained to security and asked that management should provide more chips or security should check routinely. The security guys are always nice, but it's getting frustrating especially when you are charged for parking. Please fix this issue or don't charge for parking.

I honestly don't know who is rating this company with 5 stars?
One of the worest, lazy staff except few are doing a good job, luck only..
Its almost the same story with every maintenance company..

Had a terrible experience of losing my wallet at the Dubai Hills apartment - specifically Mulberry location. The WONDERFUL security guards on site found me and returned the item with everything intact

Honestly I didn t know who is rating this company 5 stars??? if I will consider 000 stars I am already worked in housekeeping 1 years the basic salary is only AED 550 knows me!!! when I join this company first working outside No food for company 6 person par room, misbehaviour for the staff but some person are good .

Their staff should be ashamed of theirself.They don't know how to talk with someone. The concierge or the person sitting behind table don't know what the manners are.i think UAE have to ban on them they are the worst people I have ever met.

I've noticed on several occasions and locations in Dubai superior service and friendly faces - while parking my car and from a cleaner in a mall - the thing is I keep noticing the Emrill logos on their shirts. Unsure what Emrill is doing to keep its staff happy, but it definitely deserves a mention - thanks.

Being an employee of Emrill company i always felt pride and respect through out my career of couple of years. I've always recommended to many whoever i met in UAE because of the outstanding teamwork and professionalism, I've experienced throughout my career.

- But from last couple of years I've noticed a clear example of Nepotism in our site which is spoiling our company reputation and prestige.

- I'm working in Dubai marina under senior security supervisor Mr.Binod Adhikari, who is always practising favouritism and tricking his staff whoever is working under him.

- He always gave priority and eased posts to his loved ones like key controllers, building patroller, and admin etc.

- He has a habit of unnecessary shouting and following those who speak for their rights.

- Instead of making rounds on site he is always sitting in his office enjoying tea parties along with his chosen staff.

- Most of the time he is found sleeping in the office.

- During the last 3 months he never visited any of the posts and also the locations under him.

- He is just using his name in every incident/ accident report/ escalation even though he is sitting in his office.

- Now, when the Emrill Security contract is being finished he has chosen his loved ones for Transguard company who are going to stay in the same sites under him.

- Most of the staff are from his own nationality and very few from other nationalities.

- Those who never got any warning letter or any statements are neglected but those who have warning letters have been chosen.

- It is requested to ask Mr.Binod that on which criteria he has selected those staff who has been referred to Transguard company.

- And last but not the least, it's requested to management to visit the site and have a transparent investigation about the matter.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is appalling. We have had no ac for more than 2 weeks. Constant follow up calls to them and they make an appointment and don't show up without so much as a call. This is not the first time we have had issues. It has reached a point where we have decided to move houses due to the shocking maintenance standards.

Basically emrill is a company same like one of my any institution, from where i have learnt alot... After many years i still want to see that office. God bless EMRILL

They knows what Facilities Management and Nice Management style

Good company, but the bad luck is the employees how they behave to their visitors in the head office. Their team, neither answer to the calls nor reply to the mails. When comes to the office to meet, without appointment reception guy is not allowing to meet. If their team is not replying to the mails or calls how will i get an appointment. ?

I had even ask the receptionist to connect from his desk phone to talk to the person whom i want to talk. But he simply objected he can't do this.

I dont want to come to their office if they make their payments in time. Following for the last 6 months for the payments and this is their idiot response.

There no option to leave below 1 star. So my rating is 1

Enroll LLC is good company to work... I'm working in emrill as a bms operator ..but here they using me as a helper no bus work... bec I"m didn"t get permission from the client. So the engineer use me as a helper for all cleaning helping for technicians. I given the complaint to the company co... but no use... regarding the site changing.. my situation is dark ..once I have to do the cleaning helper work or want to quit...only God ha e to help me..Plz no one will come to this company..

Even with the situation of COVID-19 , Emrill's mplus has helped my tenant multiple times and my tenant renewed because of excellent maintenance service and the contract she has with you . There is a gentleman in the customer centre with the name of Michael who has been constantly in touch with me and my tenant and giving updates regularly . I am so glad with the service he gave me through a difficult week.

The visiting was very poor experience as they did not allow me to go in without appointment. No company should consider themselves big enough to stop people from coming to their offices.

It's a very good company.I'm ex-employee of this company.at the period of 2010 to 2011.as a plumber position. and iam again trying to join in this compay.

Our Office is located in Regal Tower - Business Bay, which is maintained by Emrill. We have been having water leakage in our office reception for almost a week now and have been contacting the maintenance guys to have this looked into. Unfortunately, it is very sad to see the response from Emril is pathetic! They have done absolutely nothing to stop this and since it is right in our reception, it gives a very bad impression to our clients who walk in. We expect a fat better service from companies like Emrill!
