Could not open the site abroad, contacted by email...

Could not open the site abroad, contacted by email with Knab did receive responses and advice. Did not bring a solution, and after having indicated that it "still" did not succeed in the end heard nothing. So I couldn't manage my account all this time, luckily I have another account with another bank. This is a bad experience !!!!!
