Booking on the phone was very professional, friendly and efficient. Hadwen facility is very modern looking with large reception area and what appeared to be a sufficient staff to greet patients. I had to wait about 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment (not bad for the medical industry). Cardio technicians were efficient and professional, but not very engaging or particularly friendly. They just seemed like they were there to do their job, and nothing more. Agree with previous comments that the rooms need somewhere to put / hang your cloths. I came dressed for the event, but is there even a place to change your cloths? I agree that there needs to be a place to hang your cloths and put your personal items, and even a chair to sit on while put on your running shoes. Why not have cheap towels and a glass of water ready for patients after their stress test? Yes, the small things add up. Parking is impossible. There is valet parking, but I was not aware that it was free of charge until reading a review below. Overall the experience was fine and I'd return to the same facility if I had to.
