24 hr Kmart, parking at Burwood is a nightmare, otherwise standard Kmart.

Large modern store. Great value. Located in a good clean modern shopping centre. Will visit again.

Huge store was tonnes of items. Do not like the layout this the checkout in the middle.

The variety of different things to buy at this place is a great example of a new store done with the effort into this.

I had a really bad experience at Kmart burwood. My purchase was ready to collect but I haven t received any confirmation messages. When I called the customer service they confirmed the order is ready. However the staff at Kmart burwood , Julia was rude and wasn t ready to even listen to my issue. Poor customer service

24hrs Kmart@Burwood. Good place to shop. A lot of products at the reasonable prices.

This place has gone downhill over several years. Poor array of goods + staff look as though they don't want to provide help. Many empty shelves.

New floor layout is the dumbest idea ever! And your books departments is too shallow now...

All you'd hope to find, at exceptional prices at this type of store. Easy parking right at the front door is a bonus.

I had a puncture fixed today at Kmarts tyre and auto centre at Burwood East, fabulous service, so professional and polite, Dean and his team are amazing. It has been a few years since my last flat tyre and I remembered the exemplary service I got back then, it has not changed.

Keep up the good work guys, Kmart you are blessed.

Checked stock online before going to the store and you guessed it, the item wasn't actually in stock. Apparently the online stock data is unreliable. You're not kidding. Would be good to know if this liability is going to be addressed.

Open 24/7 and huge in Size, great option for any cheap goods you're after and great if you shop outside normal hours.

For when you need to shop in Aldi, Coles and K-Mart all at once.

Since I realised that CHP Management are managing this shopping centre, I will never step foot into that place until they are removed.

Good range of items logically laid out in a farily large store.

Extremely disappointed! I was ordered 2 toys for my boys who is super bored at home during lockdown. Once I received the message that I was able to click and collect, I go to the store and the staff told me that they cant find the order and possibly already been took which I been waiting for 20 mins. And god know where is the toys went! I told my boy, mom gonna get some new toys for u! And now I m going to get home with empty hands!!!

It's a nice store and the staff are helpful, however they have frequently been out of stock of items that I am looking for. Not just once in a blue moon, but numerous times.

Dislike the new layout with registers in the middle of the store :( whoever came up with that brainwave obviously doesn't shop in the store.
