They had the item we had been looking for, other stores hadn't had this item. This is larger than other Kmart stores and it is opened 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Staff helpful quick and easy shopping. Parking is the problem

This is the worst Kmart! I ll travel further just to go to another and save the headache. Shelves are always empty, staff act like they re at a party while stacking shelves, talking about their weekend and what they did that I almost feel rude to go and ask for some help coz I ll interrupt. Oh and you gonna need help lemme tell you! I wanted a sodastream and asked the service desk twice! Both times I was told it s not with the other sodastream stuff, it s in a different section. Go look. I go look. It s no where! I go back, he says if there s any in stock, it s around there .
What you mean if there s any in stock!? Instead of saying that how about you use that little computer and tell me whether there is or isn t any?! Why make me run around the store for 40 minutes looking. It ain t there!

Such a cool Kmart ! Love that it still has the plant section unlike the rest of melbourne Kmarts. Massive Kmart which is usually well stocked and has products some others won t.

Every time I look up the stock for an item, the website says there is stock, yet there never is. It's so frustrating to make a trip for nothing.

Large kmart store with a wide range of items at the cheapest prices and at a very convenient location accessible by trams.

Open 24/7. Sometimes has DVDs cheaper than JB. Other than that, a standard Kmart.

Hard to find things when they keep changing the layout

Just like any other Kmart, only it's open 24 hours. So, great for late-night runs when you need stuff!

The store is great but this new idea of having the checkout in the middle of the store is ridiculous, as you have to find the receipt as you leave the store with your hands full. But the store otherwise is great.

24 hours Coles and Kmart. Lifesaver to so many who have kids and need emergency supplies. Aldi is well stocked, Reject shop is good and the Chinese pancake place near Coles is amazing and good value.

Only drawback is people often abuse the disability parking.

There is a wide variety of affordable items, a large selection of books and home items and is open after hours.

Store is big, open 24 hours, lots of parking available, other store and restaurants nearby.

It's a pretty big kmart, good toy section, reasonable number of books plus good fishing and camping supplies in the sporting goods section, especially in summer.

Weak selection of video games, but otherwise a good kmart.

Awesome lifesaving branch, great service by most of the team members especially Mr. Trevor. It is really great to see him there always assisting in the best way possible. Just wanted to say thank you for a kind gesture always. True customer service. :)
