Big but limited range of baby things compared to BigW and Target

Convenience is why I come here. It's open 24 hours.

Huge parking space, opens 24/7 the best part is location of the racks usually don t change so you know which direction to go to

Young Greek boy was able to help me instantly with my very bare description of what I needed. Staff are very nice and presentable, have good eye contact and can speak well with customers. This is the best Kmart I have ever been to. Could do with a Souvlaki vending machine.

24hrs my ar5e. 5.45am Sunday and it really opens at 10am. Not the only ones expecting it to be open. Rubbish

This place is super convenient, and it's 24 fours, which was really useful when I had a flat battery on my car at 2am. Being able to buy stuff for the house at any hour is surprisingly useful.

Great place. 24/7 open. Friendly nice staff. Enough parking available. Coles,banks and few restaurants are located in the same place .

Compared with the super expensive prices in Australia, this place really saves a lot of money for the common people.

Love this Kmart as its the only one in my area that hasn't changed the layout - the new layout does not work

Every time I get in this place I come back with one thing or another, they tempt me to buy a lot , and the clothes there are cheap too

Location of the checkouts is awkward. Not sure what it is meant to achieve. Don't believe they had customers in mind with the renovation

My favourite place ... spacious, always well stocked and cheap too!!

Prices were good but no map for store at entry points, register in middle of store, layout not logical, no staff around to ask if I was lost. Almost as poorly laid out as Coles Burwood One.

Kmart is a good place to shop, a little better than Big W in my opinion but little separates them. The toy department is great and it always ends in tears when trying to get the kids out. They don't mind the kids playing with the toys and trying them out. Kids love Kmart. Good place to get plates and cutlery. Appliances and bedding. The clothes are a bit of a let down though. Never happy with their T shirts.

Has everything but once when i went to buy a bulb there was none. Really disappointing

Very friendly and helpful staff. A variety of household items, each categorised in their respective sections makes it easy to find your desired items. Sections for kids,women's and men's. Household items, kitchen appliances, beauty and accessories, sports equipments, garden essentials, fishing equipments, camping equipment's, DIY products, chocolates & greetings, gifts and candles, photo editing and printing section, electronics, books and office supplies - basically, a one stop shop for all your shopping for everyone of all age !!!

A number of self checkout counters, and occassional great discounts !! Kids may get lost in this big shopping area, so please keep a watch on your kids. There are changing rooms to try on your selected clothes. And yes, it's open 24/7.

It's kmart. They have a bunch of stuff, and it's cheap. Customer service at this location has always been great

Great store and huge variety of items are available.
However I hate the staff that greets people at the entrance. Been there twice and each time i was stopped for inspection. The blonde girl even asked me to show all the compartments of my backpack.
Quite racist!

Sally is a rude racist, I am Asian, she did not even say hi after I said hi to her, and she was very rude to me the whole time when I check out, zero smile. report her to manager, manager said sorry and seems to be very nice, but I don't think Sally will get any punish.

Perfect place to shop! This Kmart branch is best and cheap. You have enough choices of items every time you shop

great experience, staff I saw here were very friendly. Price were relatively low, nice choice.

Open 24x7 what you need if you live around Burwood. Best KMart I have visited so far. Staff is really helpful and even hold stuff for you if you book on phone. Parking is not an issue in Burwood one shopping complex. Plenty of bank atms around for cash like CW, ANZ, NAB, Westpack etc.

So many products! Staff were friendly, convenient location.

Lots of stock, but never any surprises. Or staff. Shopping at Kmart is a chore.

Its a good 24*7 store few events takes place on weekend nights in store like new products n al
can get most of the products since its 24 hrs its not stocked up neatly or few products r out of stock

24 hour open, good place to kill boredom and grab interesting thing off the shelf which are light on pocket.

Love Kmart but the customerservice at this store is nil. Needed assistance getting product that was advertised but couldn't find, had to walk around whole store (looking for staff) and end up at back service desk where its busy with one staff on. The lady couldn't tell me weather there was any and was very indifferent about it. Left frustrated. Need more staff!!!.

It is only place in eastern suburb with 24 hours shopping...

I will NEVER RETURN to this shop.
Purchased $200 worth of goods, security stopped us called over the manager and proceded to tell us we did not pay for some items, after telling both manager and security all was paid for, they checked the docket and apparently could not find 2 items.
At this point I told them I want a refund I will return all in my trolley.
They took us down to the customer service part and when scanned everything back they seen it was actually ALL PAID for
I had grown rather angry by this time they had wasted 45 min of my time to start with. When the manager handed back my refund he was still $80 short, I told him he was still short in my change, at this point he raised his hand in a fist to me as he was flustered because him and his security guard made a huge mistake.
I will be putting in a complaint to the head office
POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
