By far, this is the worst customer service of any HME supplier I have ever experienced. Complete inattention to customer needs. These people make a McDonald's crew look like superstars.

I requested cpap supplies 3 times and never got a response. Useless!

I had a rep out to see what shape my wheelchair is in (must be economy' model) and seen all the parts needed , said they would contact ins. Haven't heard from them since I quests once you have someone as a customer you don't worry abt service

I have a C-Pap Machine. I have always used the company's automated service for reorder of parts. I had never received the filters or sponge for the system even if I chose all replaceable parts. I called and asked there customer service if they would include these on the next shipment. I received a hose, Spar Parts for the mask (Not the Mask) and 2 white filters missing the sponge. I called them and asked to have that sent to me as it was missing. The customer service rep. argued with me about they could not send any more filter parts for 6 months. I explained about it being missing and the customer service Rep. said that she would have someone call. Never Happened!!!. Do not use this Company as they are going down hill after being taken over.

I'm not saying this is the worst medical supplier out there but they aren't the best either.

same as Ms. Ward regarding ankle brace, after trying it out for a few days, it really wasn't a benefit

Allegheny Health Equipment has been very good with emergency repairs over the last seventeen years.

My husband was out of oxygen and we called two days in a row and first they said delivery day was Monday and they left a message on our phone. There was no message and our delivery day should be Wednesday. The first day we called they said they would have to have a supervisor 's permission to deliver on a different day. Then the next day we started calling at 8am and they kept telling us they would call the driver. At 6:00 they said they deliver emergencies first and then would deliver to us. I said my husband was out of oxygen for two days so this was an emergency. At 9:10 I called and of course got the answering service. The answering service had the on call person,
call and she only had a record of the 8am call. The other 3 calls were not documented - tomorrow is day 3 with no delivery but a whole lot of promises. We have the concentrator at night but can't leave the house because we cannot fill the portable tank.

Never told me cost of ankle brace. Turns out my insurance paid a portion but my portion was $71 for a $15 brace I could purchase at Walgreens

Since allegheny health network took over my husbands cpap supplies are a mess! We are switching him to advacare just can't take the nasty people and the incompetence!!!! Do not go with them!
