My husband was out of oxygen and we called two day...

My husband was out of oxygen and we called two days in a row and first they said delivery day was Monday and they left a message on our phone. There was no message and our delivery day should be Wednesday. The first day we called they said they would have to have a supervisor 's permission to deliver on a different day. Then the next day we started calling at 8am and they kept telling us they would call the driver. At 6:00 they said they deliver emergencies first and then would deliver to us. I said my husband was out of oxygen for two days so this was an emergency. At 9:10 I called and of course got the answering service. The answering service had the on call person,
call and she only had a record of the 8am call. The other 3 calls were not documented - tomorrow is day 3 with no delivery but a whole lot of promises. We have the concentrator at night but can't leave the house because we cannot fill the portable tank.
