Klein's Family Shop Rite Review

Pricey, but convenient to work, and the cold foods are good and no more expensive than fast food.

They have a great selection great prices and they're really accommodate to the elderly my mother really likes that store.

Great grocery store. Clean, friendly, and organized.

Crowded, high prices, while under construction it is very unorganized

This place has come leaps and bounds above what it used to be. They recently remodeled and it's obvious they put a ton of money into the project. The drop ceiling in the produce department is gone and it's much more enjoyable to shop. They still have some ways to go to compete in their meat department compared to other stores but this is an excellent grocery store that has tons of lanes open whenever I go. Top notch for the area for sure.

So far improvements to the store have been positive for the most part. As a long time shopper here I still find it challenging finding everything I need. However everyone is more than happy to help, kudos to Preston in produce. The downside is that I have noticed prices rising on things I routenly buy.

Excellent stocked store,employees helpful and 6 automatic checkouts.Stock is always filled up ,excellent deli ,meats and seafood employees.

Clean, well organized, helpful staff. A wide variety of foods from different cultures compared to other grocery stores in the area.

LOVE this place! The renovations are beautiful and the product selection are endless!! Reminds me of another popular local grocery store! I also love that I don't have to drive in lots of traffic to get there like the other store!!

Particular ShopRite has things that no other ShopRite has service is better the people are nicer there's always someone there to ask if you need help

Needed maraschino cherries, found them. Jacksonville store doesn't carry them.

Received my free turkey and they sliced it for me in half. I'm a widow and that works perfectly for me. They were so very nice about it. My favorite store. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to all.

One of the better grocery stores in the area....this one has more items than others around and comparable to a higher end store. I try to swing in this one more than others in the area.

I love this shop rite. Everyone that works there is very nice. The store is going to look great when it is done. I cannot wait.

The prices are so high and employees follow you around if you look different than them....

I really enjoy talking to some of the workers there.

The Original Kliens now Shop Rite in Hartford County Maryland. They just re-did the place and it looks Great!!

I love the employee's at this store. Friendly and always helpful.

Can't search online without registering.Second time, self checkout registers locked out cash only. Clerk failed to say the ones on the other side allowed card purchase and just walked away.

Parking is a bit complicated. Enterance and exit are poorly marked. Walking in the wrong door results in the staff giving you nasty looks and staring at you.

Love the store but hate when they are stocking as you try to shop

Very large, shiny Shop Rite. Great selection, very good layout inside, experimental parking lot configuration seems like it was a better idea on paper.

Love the pharmacy department here....and bakery is pretty good, too!

I really like this ShopRite since they refurbished the store. The staff is always so polite and helpful.

Some departments seem to lack communication. The store layout is nice, though rather large. A lot of the sale items are constantly out on the shelves and none to be found in the back either.

Go to this one all the time. People are great and they have what I want. I have never not been able to find something on the shelf that I have wanted.

Remodel looks great. Selections have gotten much better. Great people..nice place to shop.

They changed how you order from the Deli. Now is is all on a touch screen. You can't see them slice your meats. Got my order wrong. I won't be going back

I don't know if my contribution here is biased considering that I work here but I rarely have a problem with the staff / coworkers, they usually have everything I'm looking for and the prices are always great.

Very nice newly remodeled store grocery store. It is very well stocked, a large variety of product to choose from. This experience was very good, I will shop there again.

Bit of an odd layout for some items. But staff is nice and they usually have what I need.

The ladies at the pharmacy are very caring they are the best!

Friendly people, but the layout of the store is confusing and not intuitive. Why are breakfast meats on different sides of the store? Everything is so mish mashed and this is after the store remodel.

I have to say the only reason I shop at Shoprite is out of convenience! They do have good sales, with clipping coupons and the shoprite app combined it makes for good prices, the store is also clean. However they NEVER have fresh produce!!! If I could upload photos I would, I just bought a bag of potatoes and when I got home to use them, the rancid smell that came out of the bag was aweful!! I have also learned to always check the expiration dates on ALL items especially dairy items. I have gotten expired yogurt, pillsbury biscuits and graham crackers that were so far past the expiration date that they were soft when I opened them (which is what prompted the date check)!! The other very frustrating thing is when you go to the grocery store you expect the items to be in stock, definitely when they are having a sale or a super coupon, they are always out of things!! I believe every time I make a trip to the store they are out of something!! I was once told by the produce associate that I needed to get there early in the morning to shop, when I asked if they had any more bags of salad because they were wiped clean and also out of strawberries!! I thought they had stores out so you could shop during those hours!! I have grown up shopping at this store my entire life and it truly is a shame!! If I could I wouldn't give any stars!!!

We shop Shop Rite all the time. Prices are better than Giant and Safeway.
