Aerotek (London) Review

I met recruiter called Vivek at Aerotek. He helped me in getting the job and always answered all my questions and the job he got me is perfect for me and gave me all the correct information. Once again I would like to thank Vivek & Erin for helping me out. They are really good people who are there to listen.

I recently join aerotech and within 2 days I had a job at northstar. Vivek and Andrea are the best people I've met they help with everything, they listened to everything I had to say ,even when I forgot lunch Andrea gave me some so I wasn't hungry at work. Hands down I highly recommend aerotech there nice people and they listen , they're there to help and see you succeed.

Same thing happened to me as the girl below, offered me a permanent position and after 6 months when i was about to be hired on by the company they were getting me to work on, they fired me " with out reason " and tried to offer me a position at a different place.

Very friendly people to work with, they very understanding and they found me a job I am very happy to be doing. they even check on me regularly to see how my new job is going. It feels so great to be in a class of people who get excited to go to work everyday.

Responsive agency, highly recommended for job seekers

I have been working at Fleetwood Metals for a few months now and I've had the privilege of sharing an office with Erin Murray, the on-premise Aerotek manager. I have witnessed the respect and professionalism she shows each of her employees and the dedication to making sure their experience is fulfilling. It would be a pleasure to work for a company with such reputable employees.

Honestly seeing the negative experiences kinda has me in shock considering the experience with them I am having, I called them and they were quick to get me in for an appointment, laid out different options of places to work that they had available, the lady I deal with has went above and beyond by finding me a place closer to where I live and was in for orientation and working the following week, she Is quick on anything that I need done changing bank info etc.. all has been done a timely manner, she regularly checks in by phoning or texting to check up, other people from my work have worked for them and have been hired on with no issues or lay offs, just because someone has one bad experience doesn t make this a terrible company, I have nothing but nice things to say about the company and the staff working there, deffanitly check it out. Well done!

I ve been with this temp agency now for three months and I lost the position they gave me so they said they understood and would find me a new placement. That was a month ago and so I haven t been making any money, worst part but best part is my wife is having a baby, but I have no job to support us. They said they would give me a call if there where any positions available but they haven t. The fact that there not doing there job to help me find a job is pissing me off. If aerotek could at least pay me 20 dollars a day so I would have some money in my account for baby stuff that would be great. Again, it s there job to support there clients and there not doing that.

Had an excellent experience with AeroTek London location, one of the best customer service with a BIG smile I have ever seen amongst any of the recruiters out there, got me my dream job in my dream industry ! Left me hanging after asking me incorrect questions off my resume, even though the interviewer had TWO resumes to reference questions from. Clarified the correct information, was ignored after that.

I have been employed by Aerotek for 4 months so far my experience has been wonderful! My recuter Alicia Baertsoen has been fantastic very professional easy to work with and very accommodating, and any questions or concerns I have had along the way were addressed immediately I felt well prepared for my job Placement. I was also recently affected by the Cami strike and right away after reaching out to Alicia I was offerd a temporary full time opportunity which i was very greatful for. This is a really great place, my recruiter was Brandon Trottier and he was incredible to work with. He really knows how to connect with people and he's gone above and beyond for me including meeting with me on his own time to work out a couple snags. This is the worst temp agency in the London area, hands down. I could rant on longer but all you need to know is you will be screwed over if you join this temp.Totally not worth the head ache. Better businees has been contacted.

I heard about Aerotek from 3 friends who had worked for them and had good experiences. I was laid off from an auto parts company that was impacted by the CAMI strike. I was just looking for a short term position while the strike was on.

I dealt with Alicia at Aerotek. I had an interview within a day of sending in my resume and started a position within a week after that. I was hired on full time by the company I was placed at after 10 weeks. To emphasize I was just looking for something temporary, and this was an unexpected surprise.

The only issue I had was with the payroll system and getting a copy of my pay stub (my pays were automatically direct deposited into my bank account and not impacted by the lack of stub). This was resolved after some email exchanges. Overall I had a very positive experience and would recommend Aertotek to anyone who is looking for short term work or a new job. Thanks guys!

My experience working with Aerotek was absolutely fantastic! I had just moved back from Calgary and was in need of work. Not only did Aerotek set me up with an interview almost immediately after sending in my application, I was also presented with a job opportunity that couldn't have been more perfect! The recruiter really listened to what I was looking for and found me a position that was in my field and set me up for future success.

What I like the most is that after I started my job, I still heard from them frequently; they would check in and make sure that I was still happy in my job. Aerotek truly cared about my well-being and listened to me. Other agencies just try and fill the jobs that they have open while Aerotek actually cared about what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Aerotek to anyone looking for work.

If you have exactly what they want, they can probably find something for you. That is if the recruiter and manager are competent at all. Its a very "wear a suit to look professional, even though you don't really know what your doing" type of environment. I feel bad for how little the staff makes for working 55+ hours a week, but that is why they mostly hire people fresh out of uni.

Lastly, they ask every contractor/person they are putting to work to give them a 5 star google review before they even start working.

Absolutely awesome people. I got a call from Vivek about a job opportunity in Tillsonburg but in the end it could not work out due to some problems at my end. I thought I will be without job and it will be tough especially with 2 year old son and girlfriend at home. Next thing I know is I receive call again from Vivek about another job straight shifts better pay in Tillsonburg. He set me up with the interview and gave me a call to prepare me for the interview. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and made sure I get the job. Guess what I went for the interview and after I finished in 30 minutes he gave me a call and said that I have the job starting tomorrow. This guy just made my day. I live in Port Dover and he is in London so it would have been a longer commute for me to go do all the paperwork so he met me half way bought me Tim Hortons cookie and coffee helped me do all the paperwork. I do not have words for you Vivek as you not only made my day but my Christmas as well. I have been through couple of agencies but Aerotek hands down is by far the best and Vivek is the most amazing guy I have dealt with. Thank you so much for doing what you have done for me. I can now enjoy Christmas and be able to buy some gifts for family all because of you Vivek.

This is literally the worst temp agency I've ever signed up for they offer me a job and tell me that I have a start date this date keeps changing at the end of it all I find out that they aren't even giving me the job they said they were giving me do go here unless you like wasting your own time

My experience working with Aerotek was Great. I applied for a job and in a matter of Three days I received a call from Andrea Callahan for an interview.
