Can't get one order right, no service - no responsibility, nothing tasty- only pricy. Wan't us to pay in the middle of our lunch when we got the wrong dish and sent it back 2 times. Third time we eat here during three years and it's worst every year. Absolutely last time. (a company of 10)

Gorgeous view of the old castle, good food and beer. What else can you ask? Good music? Yeah, they do have a good lounge music playlist with DJ. I definitely recommend anyone to go there.

terrible service, one has to stand on the barge for 15-20 mins in line to buy a beer. Although the queue itself is not long, it is extremely slow despite the fact that many people are behind the bar.

A stunning view of the water. Food was excellent. I had the grilled farm bread with salad and caviar. Service was superb.

3 different waiters, seems like no system. Food took over 45 min, beer took over 20 min. Cold fries and half-warm food.

Great location, but thats about it. I ordered the fish soup yesterday, and it was so dissapointing. Norway is supposed to have the best seafood, so when they dont even use fresh prawns and mussels its pretty sad. Mainstream place with bad quality food.

Here, the bosses are sour, jaw-dropping, difficult and sometimes not present when one needs them, and there is more factory run with indestructible conditions instead of restaurant. Here are the poor young people who, for the first time, try for a job robbed of wages when people run out of the bill - they have to cut out for themselves. Expensive, sluggish and bad for all parties. Steer away.

We enjoyed our food and drinks in the warm sunshine. Perfect location for an evening drink.

Incredibly good location and all that, but when it comes to service, this place was absolutely awful. In addition, the food we ordered after a long queue was cold. Must conclude that the whole thing was a bad experience unfortunately.

Very nice boat restaurant. You are sitting on the water, protected by large umbrellas. Here you do not need a seat reservation, but although it is very large, it is like all the restaurants in Stranden always very crowded. The food is excellent. Varied menu. All common drinks. The burgers and fries are recommended. Nice, young staff, which is very fix. A visit is always worthwhile.

Unusual with mobile ordering. Impossible with so little power that I had to have it for the ticket on the bus home.

In the pub type area you cannot sit with children! Total discrimination to be of being 7pm!

Good place to go, whether you go in the day, or in the evening, good food cross staff. Blie, always comes with a small bucket of water for my dog. We are there when we meet the siblings. THANKS

Restaurant with a nice view and organized in a really efficient way: you order thanks to a QR Code and pay by card. The service is really fast and the plates were just the right (quite abundant) size. The prices are high but on average for Norway. We took Fish and chips and Poke Bowl ( around 170 and 169 Krones).

Terrible bad customer care. Arrived in the morning with three other medruss. We behaved nicely and were completely sober. Then we are told that we cannot be here since we are Russ. That's okay! We accept and understand this decision. What is NOT okay is that the general manager (?) Comes with sobering and distasteful comments that generalize the behavior of the Russians. He was abusive and degrading to us, even though we have never made, or been responsible for, any of the problems you have previously had with Russ. Sincerely hope that you can treat your customers with mutual respect in the future. The incident occurred at 3 pm on 29.04.19. Hoping for their part that you will grab this, if not then there will not be left with many customers

Service was good, food was good too, but being shown to a table that was close to the kitchen, and where the beer was tapped, was what dragged me down to the restaurant visit. This was around 12-30 and we could get another table so early in the day!

Good concept with ordering, but the drinks can be made more correctly.

Cozy place but slow and poor service. It goes faster if you go to the bar and order there. The food is ok, but usually lukewarm when it finally arrives. Not uncommon to have to wait up to an hour before getting your food.

Nice Place but can be overcrowded. Mostly English speaking waiters and waitresses. 1 bad experience = 4stars

The food was pretty dull but it satiated. There were many waiters, but none who paid attention to the guests other than on arrival and payment, sat through the entire meal and tried to get in touch with a waitress to order more drinks. Here, it requires much more and much better training of the staff. Fortunately, other cities find themselves spending their money in Oslo.

Was here and ate on Wednesday. Good food and nice atmosphere, but the wait staff was a bit like robots. She who came with our drink said nothing, put down the drink (to completely wrong people well and notice) and just left again. Another asked about a pitcher of water and she just looked startled at us and said she had to ask. Did not see anything more for her, so we asked another who came not long after with a pitcher;)

The location and concept is fantastic, so is the service.

The food quality is below average to average compared to the price.

Slow staff, It took us 20 minutes to get them to clean the table. And then they needed to find the guy who was serving us. Again 20 minutes and stil no beer. Even after asking for the beers a couple times. After 45 minutes in total and no serving We left !

Ooooo with what to start I don't know but for one think I m hundred percent sure for that place there have a lot of positive energy, vibes and if you wanna to relax or enjoy to the beauty of Oslo with kind and very positive people I recomend that place on a hundred percent and don't forgot to tell some words for the service there i don't have complain everything is it on a good level :)

Inattentive service and poor management. RIP to the view. Disappointed visit. Hospitality at very low level. Only the view incredible, otherwise you just wasting your time. I'd definitely not recommend this place. P.S go there only for the view and bring your drinks with you :)

Casual restaurant on an old boat. The food was good and arrived rapidly. The weather was nice so we were able to eat outside. The restaurant can (and did) provide blankets when it became chillier. Fish soup was excellent, fish and chips OK. Burger was very good.

Unfortunately very bad. Okay for a beer but no more.
