I worked here and I absolutely loved my job. I am so saddened that my job ended there the way that it did. The pharmacist had a personal problem with me and did everything he could to get me fired. Its unfortunate because I really was happy with my job.

If u need it & they don't have it, they'll find it! Only pharmacy left that delivers your meds to your hm, & even walk it out to you if u can't walk in!!! These ppl are the best!

I can t thank Klein s enough. My daughter needed a test and was very nervous and anxious. The pharmacist was warm, comforting, and extremely helpful. We got in right away and it was extremely convenient. Considering the circumstances, it was a very good experience. Thank you so much for your help.

The women that answer the phones are rude..plain and simple.

I was sold a wrist splint that was the wrong type and the wrong size, despite a doctor's prescription and being sized by the sales rep. When I tried to return it (new, still in the box), I was told that they don't take returns on any DME supplies, yet there is no sign about the policy (required by state law), nor was I told it was a final sale.

Not here very often but every time i have been has been nothing but a fantastic, easy process. Staff is amazing!!

First time hear to use pharmacy, everyone was nice.

I started using Klein s after some disappointing experiences at other pharmacies. I m impressed that there s very little staff turnover. Many of the employees know me by name now. Robert, one of the pharmacists always greets me when I come in. He s very accessible, professional and friendly.
Staff makes an attempt to solve insurance snags and the like. Honestly, no business is perfect but Klein s comes as close as one could reasonably expect.

My son gets his meds from there thru CSS. It was late and his order was messed up by the doctor and the manager went next door to assure med after they closed ( lucky for me the pharmacist was still inside) and brought me his meds for the month. Thanks for your help!!

They are always patient and helpful and friendly, i started using them about 3 yrs ago and have been very happy with their service.

Was a customer for decades. With the"new" staff was told that their SUPERVISOR attempted to deliver my meds to me. Unknown to him I was home at the time and he or she NEVER showed up. For a 5 dollar charge they'll be happy to come back.. since I'm on limited income I can't afford their lie, so I was told they'll mail it to me and I'll get them,,,and I quote" when they get there"!!!!... No thanks!! I switched pharmacies!! Good bye,,!just to make sure I was giving a fair statement, I just went and had my building s management review the security tapes from 3 to 7 on. NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!!! liars and shockingly deceiving. New pharmacist recommended!

I had the worst customer service. I m upset to say because I ve been coming here for along time and will not returning again. Fetemaa had a very poor attitude last two times I ve been in the last month. I also over heard employees talking about other employees in front of customers. That is very rude customer service and respect for business. I hope it does turn around soon.

Ordered a compound prescription and was making a payment by card. Instead of processing the card as they said they would do they just wrote it down on a paper. If the tried to process the card and had issues I was never contacted. I went in to pick up the order and was helped by Gabby (unsure of spelling) who was clearly in a rush and kept cutting me off and even caught an attitude when I began to question what was going on. Never experienced such rude service from any pharmacy and will definitely be finding a new compounding pharmacy.

One of the best if not the best pharmacy in summit county. The staff is very polite and intelligent. The service is exceptional and fast. The store is clean and a pleasant environment to be in.

It's just so upsetting when you call.
And they tell you it will be filled. And instead of calling you to say it can't be filled. And you are setting there then they finally tell you. Just a wasted trip.

A great little Pharmacy where you can get one-on-one service, postcards from Akron Karma bathing suits, candy bars and all kinds of medical what knots that you would have a hard time finding elsewhere! Come check it out.

Great service --Pharmacy staff very Knowledgeable and friendly.Go there for all my scripts and I live 30 minutes away.

Amazing staff and wonderful people, always responsive and willing to take the time to explain any concerns with medication and extremely helpful in finding the best over the counter solutions. They re always very well versed in medical supplies like compression socks and knee braces. They seem to help find a solution to any situation from working with your insurance to helping you secure the right flavor of dippin dots!

When you uave med transfferef and they call before 3 and they dont transfer then you have to wait till minday is wrong i eant it transfereed asap it not your decision to transfer

Very nice and polite staff. Very nice and clean store. They always have my perscription done on time and filled at my convenience. They are great in every aspect a pharmacy can be.

My whole family had been customers of this pharmacy for almost 20 years, but we all have stopped using them one by one. The previous staff was always helpful and courteous and would work with you, your doctor or your ins. co. If needed at any time. The newer younger staff has a very hurried, impatient, almost as if the customer is an inconvenience. We have been told a "20 minute wait" many times that has turned into hours. Even when unable to fill your prescription at all there is no longer communication with you, the customer. Very unfortunate and frustrating after 20 years!

I recently visited Kleins to get tested for Covid. I was a little anxious but the pharmacist Mike was very thorough and friendly and he put me at ease. The process was extremely easy from scheduling online to the curbside testing. They were able to let me know when to expect my results and then I was off. I have used Kleins in the past for my prescription needs as well and have always had great experiences.

I bring my brother here to get his Rx's. They're ready MAYBE 10% of the time. I wouldn't do business here!

I love this Pharmacy! Always gives advice and never a hassle with prescription medications.

They are an old fashioned pharmacy and can create compounded medicines!! Thank God they are here!!

I find it impossible to get them on the telephone and they take a long time to call back when you leave a message.
