WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!
My order was cancelled but in 2 months Klarna was not able to pay me back (for another bill which I paid 1 day after due date they send me a new bill for 1,20 ) after contacting Customer Service (Online Chat as there is no other way to contact them!) and waiting 8 Min in the chat, the person asked me 3 times my personal data instead of reading the chat and finding all the informations that I had already provided . In the end they could not help me via the chat and said someone would contact me later, was is not happening and I still didn t receive my Money back (should I also request a demand note? :P )
