We hired Bryce and Kiwi Productions to put on a virtual youth conference for us, including website, livestream, and video production. With only a six-week timeframe, we had a very tight turnaround, but Bryce was always very responsive and worked around the clock to ensure our event was the best it could be.

For the event s website, we provided the design elements and Bryce put it all together beautifully, walking our team through the site in the early stages and implementing our feedback in a timely manner.

Unlike the usual conferences, our virtual conference was more like a live news broadcast, using a mix of live and pre-recorded videos. Bryce and Perdita were very professional and accommodating with any last-minute changes and additions to our broadcast.

Although we had technical difficulties with the registration process, Kiwi Productions was quick to think of an alternative solution so our registrants could successfully access the conference.

One suggestion to improve our overall experience would have been a rehearsal of the broadcast several days before the event to ensure flawless execution.
