Lack of professionalism is their main characteristic. When you need translator , for example, you have to leave message and wait endlessly to get back from them. For some reason not willing to provide you with name and phone number of translator. Overall, poor very poor help.

A good place that provides a lot of services to newcomers through counseling and awareness, and they offer some initial courses for newcomers, such as my first job in Canada course, occupational health and safety course, chemical materials courses, cashier courses, and many other courses in addition to They provide you with a job-related CV writing service and they also look for a job for you and they have translation services for most of the world's languages in various fields. In addition, they can provide a service for newcomers by appointing a family friend to help them learn English and other consulting matters. They also have A social worker who works to rid you of your psychological problems and they have celebrations held in Victoria Park every year called Malti Kitcher and this is what I could remember and I am sure that there is more. If you don't want to be deported from Canada, please don't go to this place for any help with your immigration applications. Especially if you're going to a person called Hadembes Yebetit. He filled out my friends study permit application, it was full of mistakes that the CIC had returned her application and asked her to leave Canada. All because of his carelessness!
He's an illiterate id**t who doesn't even know how to type his own name properly!

Good Serivce and nice staff. The parking could be limited. I recommend contacting them in advance as some of the employees stay in Kitchener public library.

I was there for name change and my appointment was with Hadembes yebetit
I had to leave the work because of this appointment and I had to go back to work ,
He took me to his office 20 minutes after my appointment and when he saw the Application he said I don t know what is this and and what they want he asked me to call them and ask them and I am sure I was asking him to help that s why I was there and if he don t understand what is this and what they need I think he should call not me
Plus the entire time He was busy with his cell phone I am not sure how can the centre Hiring people like him he doesn t know what he is doing really disappointed
I went to multicultural to fill out my application to sponcer my husban from Jamaica the service was good. So I go back any time thank so much.

Honestly would give a -2 star if I could. Schedule an appointment last week for this week. One day before the appointment, the worker called and said they couldn't fit us in due to staffing. Because I knew the wait would be long I asked if there were any way someone could meet with my husband and I since my husband would be getting off early for this appointment. The worker said she'd have another person meet help us during our appointment. So day of appointment I call in the morning just to make sure, and what do you know....they tell me they pushed me out for next week because they can't help us since one of the worker's left for the day. Not only that, but the worker on the phone gave horrible attitude, and cut me off when I tried explaining what the previous worker who spoke to me said. Very unprofessional. Even if you're experiencing high volumes of people setting up appointments and such, at least give effort in following through with your appointments.

I am glad that I found this centre during my first month in KW region!
I was kindly guided by Fatah who introduced me to the programs they lead and then got me involved to the Pre-Employment Program workshops done at the centre who was presented by Lutfiye and Fatah. In this program we (a small group of new comers) were gradually and professionally introduced to the employment system in Canada, how companies hire and how to be job-ready and to stand out.
I can confidently say that I am Job-ready and very happy about it!
I highly recommend the services of KW multicultural centre if you are new to Canada!
