For a number of years we used Footbridge Media to build our on-line website presence. Then we thought paying more money to another company would help us move forward. It didn't, it took us backward and soon we were relying on our referral business alone. We are glad to be back. Thanks Footbridge from the entire team at Austin Roofing Contractors.
We are very pleased with the prompt and excellent service with the postcard mailers we ordered. Footbridge Media had a wide variety of designs to choose from and was able to customize our message. Will use them again in the future.
They did not deliver as promised for their website. We had 4 different companies that specialize in the home service industry review our footbridge web site. All of the companies said the same thing about our site being very generic, not be able to convert since it was not built to do that, lacks credibility, needs a USP, missing conversion and engagement elements and no CTA with no clear message.
When I talked to them about this several times, I was made to feel like I should be doing more and it was my fault for not performing. THe price of $174.00 per month is misleading for their services. We have since terminated our service with them. They are not worth the effort.
I have been with Footbridge media for less than a year now but the experience has been nothing short of great. I constantly have other professionals commenting on how well my site is ran. I never have any issues getting a response and my marketing consultant (Amanda Richards) has been phenomenal in helping me and my website succeed. Thank you to all of the Footbridge Media team!

It would have been hard to predict that what he told me was only a fraction of how amazing the team here is. We utilize footbridge for our website and SEO, paper media and printing. From design to implementation everything has been beyond expectations. Our lead flow has increased 10x from the website.
