Honestly would give a -2 star if I could. Schedule an appointment last week for this week. One day before the appointment, the worker called and said they couldn't fit us in due to staffing. Because I knew the wait would be long I asked if there were any way someone could meet with my husband and I since my husband would be getting off early for this appointment. The worker said she'd have another person meet help us during our appointment. So day of appointment I call in the morning just to make sure, and what do you know....they tell me they pushed me out for next week because they can't help us since one of the worker's left for the day. Not only that, but the worker on the phone gave horrible attitude, and cut me off when I tried explaining what the previous worker who spoke to me said. Very unprofessional. Even if you're experiencing high volumes of people setting up appointments and such, at least give effort in following through with your appointments.
