Usually I really don't like to write reviews and certainly not bad ones - but how it works is under all cannons. My father passed away a few weeks ago. I have not been informed by the authorities TODAY. When the legacy was turned down, I only got a rather unfriendly response today when asked by phone (a total of 15 minutes in the queue). Written confirmations would only be sent on written requests. All in all, an experience that I would have liked to have avoided.

I was asking for an installment because I was short of time, and what are they doing? send me threat of execution and reminder fees ... dirty shed and unfriendly to Speigrad.

Go to a lawyer in advance, get brief advice and write down the forms and formulations, because they work for the local court and not for you! They try to unsettle you through their official German, which you don't learn as a normal mortal. The reception is relatively friendly to neutral, as is the situation with the info point.

Unachievable by telephone, via email will not be answered. Money to be transferred back ... IBAN should be communicated by letter or telephone ...

Because of a care case, I had a rejection sent and nothing has been confirmed to date. It's a pity that you have to sign up again. What is worse is that the staff at the court just so things prescribe, although I was against it from the beginning and also spoke for everything that I do not need this regulation!

The woman at the "security check" yesterday morning was so outrageous and let out her bad mood.
Too bad that one gets such a bad impression directly, which is fortunately not confirmed by the other employees "inside".
