I bought a pair of nails and I put them on and in the next 3 days I lost 5 nails. And I called the company and complained. They sent 2 new pairs and I put them away for a week. NEVER EVEN TOUCHED THEM. Just got them out and the package was opened missing 3 nails and the prep pad. So I cleaned my nails with nail polish remover and put them on. I lost 5 nails in 2 hours. Just wait till I call them
