Our family purchased our Kioti tractor brand new at Carolina Outdoor Tractors in Aiken SC less than 3 years ago. We had no problems with it up until this past winter/spring when the tractor began shutting off during run time. My husband and his brother took the tractor to Shoemaker Irrigation Supply for maintenance and an inspection since they were having problems with it. After several weeks, they said the tractor was fixed and we brought it home. It immediately began shutting off as soon as it was turned on. Frustrated, they loaded the tractor back up and hauled it back Shoemaker Irrigation Supply. Once again, they had the tractor for several weeks, and finally stated it was fixed. We brought it home and it continued to shut off just as it was before. We have since taken the tractor back to the store THREE times. Each time they may have the tractor there for several weeks to over a month. A couple of weeks ago we brought the tractor home for the 3rd time, and although it will run longer times now, it still shuts off. All the while, we have continued to pay payments on a tractor that is totally useless to us and Kioti has stated that all they can do is continue to take it back to our local dealer to get it fixed. They are unable to fix it, but yet they are not willing to replace or trade in the tractor either. The service at Shoemaker Irrigation Supply is extremely lacking and they are unwilling to resolve the problems we have with the tractor that was sold to us. This is a tractor less than 3 years old with only 190 hours that we have financed for 28,000! At this point, we are irate. We would never recommend anyone to purchase a Kioti tractor. Our family is on 44 acres of land and we are in desperate need of a tractor that will actually function.
