Food is really good I think the staff is really good also especially Darlene and luda luda she remembers every single thing I need in detail I can tell she looks out for my best interest always. Darlene makes me feel important like i am nice to care for her care is genuine.Dr. Sakhal he listens and treats me with care.
In my part I am happy with hospital kindred por everyone's attention. Ignacio case Manger thank you for solving my issues with my insurance. The nurses because they work great with me I am grateful for them. Rehab was a very strong department they help you so much. Valarie her great patient attitude was nice. Marisol my therapist all her works outs made my foot firm and stable to walk and doing lavage treatment to help me heal.Alma for her puzzles and company so I would not feel bored or depressed. Doctor lopez thank you for always being on top of my foot. Doctor oliveros very cool my wife liked my doctor very much.In general thank you everyone!
Mom has been in and out the Hospital since fer fall, I was so discusted with the care at other facilities but the moment we walked in Kindred we knew this was the place for her. From the front desk to to the nurses, Dr's and some of the CNAs. I have only great things to say about Kindred. DR Sakla is the best, Janet the Caseworker is a sweet heart, Nichol the CNA is a pleasure to work with and Darlene is great, Sherry is a great nurse, Jessenia is great, my #1 nurse is Luda. She does beyond. She understood us and our desperation. She explained everything and never looked overwelmed or bothered. My experience with Kindred was the best and transfering her to a Rehabilitation Center was done quick and organized. Thank you all at Kindred. Your hard work and dedication was not unnoticed and was gladly appreciated.
The hospital is gentle with the patients. They show concern when im in pain they are gentle and concern about how i feel. The staff is good you can order what you want and they bring it to you. The nurses have a nice smile some people need that. Woundcare is concern they ask me for my opinion makes me a feel part of the team feels great.
I want to say this is a horrible place my aunt was sent there to be there for rehabilitation they was supposed to remove her trachea but they didnt remove and the the nurse would use tap water from the sink to clean her trachea and it cause my aunt to get a bacterial infection the ac was not on they had a fan everyone know you need to have cold air to kill bacteria my aunt was to be home in a week and know we going to bury her and not fair she was young she had black spots in and all over her body that when they send her to university of illinois the doc told my cousin what she doing here she should be home why her trachea wasn't remove what's going on he himself was going to file a report against hospital kindred you kill my aunt and this is not over will would promise you that this hospital will close .....
This is not the first time my uncle has been here when i got the news he was coming back here i said yes right away everybody i have bump into is very friendly both girls in the front desk including patient relations representative when i ask a question everybody answers very politely if i need something they are quick they are polite and curtious
I hope my review helps another family NOT make the mistake of choosing this facility. PLEASE do your research and visit the facility. If you already have a loved one here PLEASE take pictures and document everything as I did. At registration they are quick to make you sign a form stating you will not involve lawyers before trying to resolve issues with them first. But its useless to complain as after 4 months of family meetings and complaints I have yet been contacted by the proper management in regards to them. My father DIED at this facility all I asked was for quality care. Time after time I found my father dirty, nurses and CNA's with bad attitudes, his wounds not being taken care of properly, and the list goes on! No one will bring my father back but I will not rest until EVERYONE is aware of the type of "care" this facility provides!
My father was there for around two months... Laying in different floors from 2nd to 5th and 4th at the end.. So from beginning everything looks kind of nice.. 2nd floor was really good.. They were really taking care of my father.. He was os respirator and tube feedind.. Everything after stroke.. So right side paralyzed.. Dominique the case manager was really good with organizing everything at the beginning.. Meeting with staff and taking care of a paperwork.. But after couple weeks when they moved to 5th floor.. The staff was so so.. Some of them were really taking GOOD care BUT SOME OF STUFF ESPECIALLY CNA that supposing helping nurses they didnt do NOTHING.. we saw lot of staff that wad happening overthere cause my Mom stayed by my Father bed almost all day.. 4th floor in my opinion WAS THE WORST.. yeah they were couple Nurses that were really good with everything but most of the time I had to call and talk to the Nurse Supervisor.. Even and the end of my father stay I talk in person with Nurse Supervisor.. And talked about all Complaint and what we didn't like it there.. So First of.. Staff over there using cellphones when they not supppse to use it.. All the time we had to wait a long time for somebody to come and check him.. Urinal and stool.. To change him.. My father was coughing alot.. We had a long time waiting time too.. Oo Yeah and we never saw the Doctor who was in charge.. Not even on the phone.. Dominique who was the case manager didn't talk to us.. For most of stay!! ONLY IF THERE WAS PROBLEM WITH INSURANCE... if something else was happening SHE DIDNT NOTHING.. NURSE SUPERVISOR EITHER.. all the time different supervisor.. Woooww.. My Mom had to always clean my Father after Nurse just cleaned him!! At the end my Father's hand got swollen.. NOBODY FROM STAFF NOTICE IT!! they did Ultrasound.. We had to wait for tge result 3 DAYS!!! SO JUST IF YOU GOT NO OTHER OPTIONS.. WITH YOUR INSURANCE AND EVERYTHING.. PUT YOUR RELATIVES THERE...EITHER WAY AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!
The nursing staff they are nice treat you fairly make you feel good! All the nurses have been nice, I couldn't walk I was in the bed for 3 weeks therapy help me me walk again!
My stay was good everyone was nice to me Edwin was always kidding around. Naomi very nice alma always nice to. Nicole m very nice helped me a lot.

Everything was fantastic loveable friendly I would recommend this facility to everybody the whole staff was just terrific they made me feel very comfortable and welcome. They took care of my husband making me feel like a member of the family. They where friendly to my husband where making sure everything was taken care of no attitude always had smiles on their faces medication was on time they even showed me how to take care of him once I took him home.

I will like to thank channel for keeping my room clean sanitize because she knows I am trying not to get an infection and she went extra she went beyond the call of her duties. Georgina CNA because she kept and maintained my personal hygiene supplies ready every morning on time. And Jerry because he always on point with any problems anything that I needed to get he took care of it he didn't wait. As for the nurses all RNs are very professional and sufficient. Laney Marisol very caring. And you Miss Gomez for cleaning my room without hesitation. And last but not least Mrs casas when I was feeling down feeling blue she came and gave me things to entertain myself and to mentally pull me on of a depressed state of mind.
This place is ran so poorly staff is truly over worked an not appreciated especially at a time like this management ceo coo an whoever else pretends to care about the concerns but they are overlooked these people work short staff almost everyday and I m sure it s draining an overwhelming I pray it gets better for them.......
i will recommend this hospital for their services they helped ,me recover i am discharging much sooner home and i am very happy about that the food was good tony the cook he helped me he spoke spanish to me too his food has flovor i like his lasagnia. i would like to give special thank you to the woundcare team for taking care ofmy wound and making it heal much faster. the nurses edlin she was very fast with call lights we talked alot she was a friend to me very friendly. Francis the nurse he was the one that did my adimission was always on point with changing my iv. Nurses come fast the food is great!! When I came the fist time they had great therapy for me I could talk again that s why we decided for me to come here again I am happy my family is happy.

Place has poor management ran poorly don t care about staff, exposing staff to covid nursing is terrible an don t help u an it s one nurse she is rude to patients they could treat the Cna staff better it appears they are doing all of the work but this particular place needs new management
The facility is up to par. They clean daily. They make your bed every day while at P.T. The nurses are very kind except for one or two out of a dozen. They talk loud complain about jobs and patients. But over all good.
I love this hospital alot. Everyone from the patient staff to the nursing staff have treated my family with the best of care. From.marxh 2015-2016 they have been my father's Angels having nursed him from near death to fully healthy. I'm so glad that I chose the facility for my father's care. My Uncle Robert was sent to this hospital from first community for continued care. He was in there for several weeks. He went from the 5th floor down to HAU and then back to the 5th floor before he was released. I visited him nearly every day. All the staff here was absolutely the best, not only did they give him the best of care, they even protected him from people who were only there for money. I have to say that all the nurses and staff all together were fantastic. However I would like to acknowledge three exceptional staff members that I dealt with on a daily basis. The receptionist Terry was fantastic, she was always nice and friendly and she definitely went above and beyond her duties trying to keep him safe and protected. Nurse Darlene on the fifth floor, was also so respectful and nice and again went above and beyond her duties which meant the world to me that someone that incredible was caring for him. When he got worse and was sent to HAU, nurse Anita was exceptional, kind, respectful and caring exactly the kind of people you want caring for your loved ones.
All the nurses helped me very well, all the people in therapy were very nice and very helpful to me, I would recommend this hospital to many people. I liked the attention on the 5th floor. Thank you very much to all.
I like this place because everyone is compliant with the patients I feel comfortable here. I came in with wounds and wound nurses they heal with the help of Doctor Lopez. Housekeeper was great Ingrid did a good job Jesus housekeeper really funny always dancing keeping the place clean good attitude very friendly listening to salsa. Freddy my nurse his always on time very reliable. The food was not to great.

The care is wonderful people the program routine is wonderful. Everyone moves together one department supports the other good team work. When I first came I was very sceptical. I had just left a other facility without finishing my treatment. And you guys took me in and showed me what you can do my first thought from the outside was leave walk away I was scared didnt know what to do. But coming in liz from woundcare shared her knowledge with me took her time. I come from 30 years of customer service and her service was outstanding.

I enjoyed waking up each morning to smiling staff. Like Lainey occupational therapist she has an infections smile she was always full of excitement that motivated me it always made me want to better myself. Marisol my physical therapist push me to a little bit more now i trust myself more.Joel rehab tech has a strong arm ready for you to grab it he never let me fall. Edwin rehab tech he is a trip he always made me laugh he even said he was always learning things from me. My favorite nurse roshell you name it she did it she did everything for me she never made me feel out of place everything was understandable with a general touch.I liked alma my patient relations rep.she came everyday to see me enjoyed my puzzles and magazines. My stay was very good everyone took good care of me brough me under a wing when your in my position you have to trust people will take care of you and they did!

I come here because my mom needs therapy and I was nervous because I had bad opinions. But I was already here with 3 days. And it was totally all different all very well all the help that was provided here all excellent. Yesenia nurse of the eridas I check my mom without hurting her. Lisa, her nurse, treated my mother with affection and delicacy. Nicole M is a super nurse with my mom. Ingrid is a very attentive cleaning super. Dominique social worker never left with doubt something was always here. Alma an excellent worker was always good with us if we needed anything. Edwin, Marisol and Jessica from therapy I liked the patience they had with my mom and they did an excellent job with my mom. If mom needs services again I would like to go back to this same place. My hospital stay at kindred hospital was very efficient to my well being. I appreciate the care that was given to my by the doctors the nurses and by CNAs. I would like to give thanks to the following staff Dr. Oliveros, Dr Lopez, and my kidney Dr. Thanks for caring about me and making sure that I was on the healing process. This was a wonderful hospital all people were nice and considerate friendly. I improved with my blood sugar I learned a lot about my diet they taught me to eat better . Angie the nurse was favorite very sweet. Mrs. Gomez housekeeping she really cleaned everything was my favorite housekeeper always keeping the room nice and clean. I recommend the hospital because you get the most support doctors come in to check that you are ok everyday!

The nurses did a wonderful job because they where here when i needed them. They spend time with their patients and did what they where suppose to do to earned their check. Theraphy helped me a whole lot all of them. I couldnt use my limbs for a while and they just helped me motivated me helped me exercise something i could not do before.
I feel happy because they took good care of my daughter-in-law, they were all beautiful people. I would recommend it to anyone in my families. This hospital is very clean, warm and good food. I thank you all. God bless you all.
I liked the whole night shift and day shift i like my HAU care nurse Ana, Angie, Sharod everybody very appreciative of them this is my healthcare family they give you quality hands on care woundcare essentially was there at all times whether it was mesurements taking care of the wound or taking pictures making sure there was no body soars. Indivial nurses and cnas they where great my cnas where like mind readers they knew what i needed before i asked. Jesse from rehab she was hilarious she would help me with rehab bring me weights to be cared up and tone up and she took me outside. Alma patient rep between puzzles, cards she kept my mind stimulated the kitchen, denise clinical nurse, margarate, Dr. Ivanov, felicia nurse supervisor, Rochelle cna, Nicole wow just the whole staff are a piece to the puzzle that keeps this place going the little things that add up to a beutiful thing im leaving as a success story leaving in much better heatlh then when i arrived. Hats off to Kindred care i am sadden to leave my kindred my healthcare family thank you! Having never been in a situation where we needed extra care especially wound care, we just wanted to go home. When we arrived we were put so at ease by the friendly reassuring professional manner of everyone we came in contact with. They assessed our situation and went right to work on a care plan. Were are a 2 hour drive from home so they also considered my comfort in the room as well. We had plenty of time to observe everyone doing their job from the cleaning, food service ,reception physicAl therapy, nurses , doctors to the very head of the hospital, and I cannot say enough good things about our entire experience and my husbands healing progress. A big thank you to everyone at Kindred!
I think everyone the staff was excellent. The nursing care the way they were attentive to my mother. Woundcare excellent very very patient.The doctor the way they came around to ask family if there's anything going on.

I was very comfortable secure if I needed anything they where here in 5 second. Staff was very on point on time if something was wrong no matter what they made sure it was right in a matter of time. People where number 1 death honest truth.

My brother was a patient at Kindred for a little over 2 months. He was very ill and they were not equipped to take care of him. His heart rate dropped and the nurse did not want to give him the doctor prescribed medication to get his heart rate back up. She kept saying it was due to his brain injury. Duh, the whole reason why we're here is due to his brain injury! I had to literally get in her face for her to give it to him and request to speak with the doctor. Other than than, my family thought Kindred was doing a good job until my brother developed a stage 4 bedsore on his bottom. We had only been at Kindred for a little over 2 months and could not understand how they happened. Especially since he had been at the hospital for 4 months prior and did not develop any bedsores. My brother became septic there due to negligence and had to be sent to the hospital to get stable. After he became stable, Kindred would not accept him back. This broke my mother's heart because it was yet something else for our family to deal with. Now that that my family is in a stable place, I am seeking counsel from a lawyer.
Worst place ever u could take your love one not clean at all not organized nurses are not helpful or don't do their job how it suppose to I had my own experience my dad was there for 5 days and they had 4 bad experience first one they had him in big puddle of milk than they left him in a big puddle of pee and than didn't clean him for hrs and I kept on telling them to change him and they told me his nurse will come and hr pass and she was not there the 4 one no nurses where their at night and my dad blood pressure started to get out control so honestly I will recommend RML HOSPITAL IN HINSDALE I MOVE HIM BECAUSE I COULD TAKE IT ANYMORE
The treatement is awsome can't get no better they make a person feel like a person not a like patient. They treat you with respect and dignity. The facility is always clean going down the stairs to the gym i made a comment of how clean the floor was house keeping was great. This hospital gave me my life back i was dump here like a dead person by another facility that should remain nameless. My doctor ivanov and Njar where fabulous they fought gave me my life back they believed in me they did not quit. Staff to many to name everyone was so supportive and caring they dried tears they hold hands. They cooked for me gave me my food. They sacrifice lunch breaks to take care of me where do you see that?! From house keeping to the kitchen and physical therapist, nurses , aids, operaters everyone was part of me being reborn again. It took a village to bring me back for anyone to say anything negative about the staff or this hospital has never had someone fight for their life the way staff did for me.

Well the experience for me I liked the staff, their care was dependent on my needs. They took into account that they listened to me when I wanted to change rooms to a private room. I liked the food a lot Nurse Lisa explained to me about medications and was on the lookout. And I always check their pressure and sugar. Alma was also very helpful and attentive and answered all our doubts and was on the lookout. And even when he already had all the paper to go home, it was advised that everything was in order. Simona the nurse she always tried to communicate with her and the Asia laugh.
Not an emergency room. My concern is that when you Google search emergency room this place pops up. Not good if you're dying and show up here.

Yesenia goes above and beyond as a nurse she not only makes sure that i was ok she took good care of my family as well we didnt have to ask her for anything she was just there. India cna just a hard working positive attitude worker she never frowned she always kept things very clean and neat when it came to cleaning me up. Jill another awesome cna sweet spirits and easy to talk to she also made sure things were very nice and tight she knows how to tuck a person away for bed. Teresa respiratory she has alot of knowledge to share. She listens and dosent force anything that shouldn't be. George just comes in and takes care of you like youre family he takes his time to explain how to breath and relax.cant ask for more than that. Luke is just the man. He knows how to take care of his patients so that they are comfortable and relaxed plus he knows how to suction well! Josee i only worked with her once but i felt like she loved me for 12 hours in addition to taking excellent care of my trach needs shes wonderful. Just gotta say jordan he was wonderful to talk to thanks for all the good advice angela. Gene you have the best hair and are very funny and nice working with you! Thank you keke and denise is awsome.she really broke a lot of things down for me gave me great care. Alma made my day because of these puzzles. But she so sweet and helpful and has the best personality for what she does. Mrs. Ingrid housekeeping IS THE BEST!!! Lainy never has a bad day. She is hilarious, rafael thanks for all your help. This has been a wonderful hospital experience. I know that i missed some people but the care here at Kindred Central is outstanding. The staff seems so happy and team work was outstanding.
I am grateful that I get my brother along well at home I thank God the doctors, nurses and all the staff for his healing. Whenever I came I saw how well they treated him and I am very grateful for that, thank you all very much.
Very good hospital I recommend it to everyone we recommend the 4th floor the treatment Doctor Grewal, Margaret nurse practitioner she explains everything!!! I like the staff and how they where good to me and my husband didn't have to ask for a lot.Nicole B. Is so sweet always willing to help everytime I call her she's always here with a smile. Nicole M I wish her the very best in her wedding she was very nice always there when I called her takes good care of you. Lisa they nurse always ready with medication on time she has a very nice personality friendly. Cheryl is my little angel that came from heaven she gives meds cleans you up very accommodating very thorough with information she explains everything and stays with me until I understand everything. Edwin and Marisol my therapist and Jessie they are fantastic they have helped me with my walking I've come a long way I can walk move around better sit up by myself comb my hair brush my theeth Lainey has helped me a lot Frankie they are excellent they taught me so much Lainey always has a smile such a sweety. I am pain free my pain was control.
Very bad case manager over there that goes by the name Vilma Gave me and my wife nothing but attitude kept insisting and advising me to put my mother in a nursing home without nowing my situation with her kept saying my mother need better nursing well if my mother need better nuring why is it she ended up with a infection and a ammonia will in the care of your hands you are a very rude case manager and should look into a new profession at this time I would like to thank Two CNA WORKERS WHO ACTUALLY DID there job and one nurse also who was on his job and they are CNA MARIA CNA MOORE and nurse FREDDIE you's took very good care of my mother and always answered my question and gave me and my wife a hand I prefer kindred north over central anytime and on another note you's need more Hispanic workers for the patients that don't speak English
I have been treated very good this is one of the best hospitals. Every time my diet was not appealing they made sure it was something I liked to eat. Always fixed and took care of my food. Every body that dealt with me they were real kind excellent potroast one of the best hospitals.
My mother pass away at this horrible place before she pass she told me the staff was rude and had attitudes this was one day before she pass away at this place now i have this hated and angry every staff here needs to be punished mark my words
You guys are top numero 1 everyone that has taken care of me has done a great and perfect job top notch. Staff comes in and out takes care of business your staff is so good you can see in workers face that they are appreciated because they treat you great! I stayed at Kindred Central hospital on the 4th floor for 41 days for wound care and IV treatment. The facility is excellent. Kindred one of the cleanest long stay hospitals I have stayed at. The staff is extremely professional and will do what they can to have the patients needs and wants met. The rooms are spacious, even the two-patient rooms. The rooms are cleaned every other day and maintained daily. The nurses, doctors, and CNA s work hard for the patient and make sure that patients who are aware understand their treatment plan. The patient advocate stops by at least three times a week to check in on patients and ask if there is anything that can be improved upon. In addition the physical therapy department makes sure that the patients are working towards both their restorative and occupational physical therapy goals.
The food is outstanding. However, if you have special dietary needs you need to work closely with the dietitian and your patient advocate. This is especially true for diabetic patients. The hospital gives a lot of carbs at meals and if the patient isn t mindful, active, or both, sugar numbers will increase. This will result in the doctor increasing the amount of insulin used to manage sugar.
Overall this facility is great and a perfect place to get the treatment you need by a competent and caring staff.
However, wifi is incredibly slow. If you want to take the time here to catch up on your favorite TV show or watch some movies be ready for a lot of buffering. Even pages like Facebook and Twitter load slowly.

Is a nice hospital atmosphere is comfortable,staff is very attentive they will come every half hour to check on you.Is very clean I didn't have a problem .Vivian r.n very good nurse proper professional. Ethel and reeta c.n.a are wonderful really nice made you feel like your at home very nice experience.This hospital is better than kindred on Montrose.
Everybody in here is very good they listen listento what you have to say they treat you good.
Great the service was great the doctors where wonderful the staff was magnificent! I wasn't walking well because i was in great pain i had to walk with my walker but hands and shoulders where in great pain. I got the proper medication worked my muscles in physical therapy and was shown the proper way to exercise. I would tell of my friends on how wonderful my stay was!
I want to give a special thank you to sally, Ana, Freddy nurses in HAU. They have done a good job always on time treat you good and the family. I want to thank the staff for being here for me and talking to me in my time of need.
Everybody was nice helpful every time you needed something people would come answered your questions people from rehab would come and keep me motivated to keep going the therapist would not let me give up alma patient relations rep was really nice would always bring me reading material to keep me going always with a smile.

I like my stay because The care of the nurses the nurses they explain everything In a timing manner to me of all the medicines even the new ones ! Good explanation, the occupational and physical therapist where very kind and caring with theraphy. The food best hospital food I've had in the hospital very good. I recommend the hospital because everyone does a great job at what they do. Case managers do very good in keeping you well informed very helpful. My health is better mentally here while I tried to recover. If I asked nurses for anything they helped me. All of the staff , the nurses woundcare and administrators helped very much.
Maribel Sabala when my daughter left for florida she said everything will be ok i really liked That she caressed my arm and hugged me while I was crying her level of compassion was beautiful she's is a beautiful person. All the nurses are Nice Edlin she was always courteous and attentive. Lakeshia nash she always answered my call lights she was always attentive and friendly. Almory cna she was always smiling no matter what you asked her. I Love all the PT crew. I also want to thank Tim CEO for the special service given to my family.
I enjoy staff the wound care team mrs.mary has done a great job reeta cna i dont have to tell her what i need she just comes everyone is really good here shavon my nurse comes in gives my meds i dont need to ask for meds alma always bring me my puzzles is always smiling she treat everybody the same sally h.a.u nurse was really nice she understood my situation.

When I came here I was afraid I didn't want to because I didn't know what to expect. But when I arrived I felt very good nurses very kind nurse Edlin treated me very well. Jessica from very good therapy worker treated me very well with my therapies. Very friendly soul representative. The social worker Janet herself also very well. My doctor Oliveros excellent.
When I first came in I felt welcomed. It was a Thursday night night shift 5th floor. I think I was there for a week in a half made me feel welcome no problems moved down to the 4th floor. Everybody was nice no problems at all food was great i had a lot of water to drink and my coffee in the mornings with no problem and i like to thank all the staff i give everybody 5 stars every since I've been here for 32 days. Woundcare healed my foot and the woundcare doctors took care of everything. I want to give special thank you to edlin nurse Nicole Moore cna Nicole baker, Darlene nurse luda nurse and everyone else i can't remember thank you. Alma patient relations for helping me and my puzzles. Dominique case manager for getting me home and her nice snile. Doctor who helped my antibiotics.WHAT MADE THE STAFF SO GREAT WAS THE ATTITUDE.
My stay is marvelous some of the nurses and cnas are very attentive they do what nurses are suppose to do shalese is awsome very attentive she gives me a bath all the time when i ask her. Jill cna she does my nails and also takes care of me. Yesinia is a good nurse things im suppose to do she makes sure i do it i call her bossy lady she really cares about my health. Cheryl she is real nice made me laugh. Stephanie theraphy is very good gave good exercise and stephanie cna she is cool.
If you want to get yourself better and live a normal life come here! if you feel something is not right come here!! and get help and i garantee your health will get much better. Your health is vey important i came here and i am close to where you use to be. For 5 years i couldnt walk a short distance from chair to the bed. With the help of theraphy now i can move so far i can no get out of bed i am able to stand go from wheelchair to walker i can finally get my feet off the ground. When i achieve my goal everyone will know kindred central had my back they put the confidance in me to do it. Word of advise Don't give up!
The cleanlingness Everytime I left my room was clean sheets changed cleaning need was superb meaning people were aware of my needs. I like being here from the things that I seen stuff I experience .
You're my second time coming to this hospital for service preference. I like how the nurses take care of me they have always treated me with love and sweetness with a lot of respect. The therapy people the girls are very good very nice they pick me up from my room and take me to therapy. Thank you very much for seeing me treated so well .

My dad is currently here because of COVID and the hospital has been busy and I understand that. Hello, I am in the hospital with a diavetic hulcera on the right foot I came with an infection in guezo they are putting me on antibiotics For six weeks the nurses are very efficient and humanitarian I have been watching the staff the lady who gives last clean of my room is very efficient. The therapy staff help you with the army so that you have a better circulation and have a better active condition that you are in a bed for an average of four weeks and my recovery is excellent thanks to all the hospital team thanks for everything I am very happy with Hospital.
Joy Sutter.... you give such a generic response to EVERY complaint I see. I won't waste my time in regards to my HORRIBLE stay... your responses are so generic it allows me to feel as if there is absolutely NO SINCERITY TO THE QUALITY OF CARE. I'd rather pass than have another stay at Kindred. Seriously, the staff is horrible. The nurses and assistant DO NOT CARE and the administrative staff REALLY don't take anything seriously. If quality of care were important, the attitude of nurses would lead to dismissal of staff and better hiring practices. Unfortunately, the doctors are the only people at Kindred that care, but, they only spend very little time with patients. Nursing staff that spend most time with patients is the problem. Better hiring practices obviously need to be addressed..... including management and administrators.
