Luxury and high quality, especially terrace view in the city center

Best service and best food can get very tasty desserts friendly for business meetings n functions

This is a Hyatt hotel, rooms were nice and modern, bathroom needed a bit more cleaning.

The view over the harbour is very beautiful. We were there at night but I can imagine how interesting the view is at day light (they open at 5 pm). A beer costs 7500 tsh and the selection of food is rather small, snacks.

The true definition of a five star hotel, all the way from the reception, to the separable dining areas (for coffees, main meals, and a bar for these who indulge.

It's prime location within a walking distance to the ferry means that traveling to Zanzibar island and back is a literal breeze, should you need to.

Their staff are also very polite and are expedient in handling special requests such as airport transfers, late check-ins and late check-outs.

Food quality is top of the line and also quite affordable, no qualms here.

Room furnishings are also excellent, backed by round the clock service with no interruptions to amenities such as WiFi. Pleasant surprises all round.

Poor food and even simple items like tomato juice out of stock. For what is meant to be the best hotel in Dar it is disappointing. Rooms nice though. Service slow and erratic.

This is a very good hotel providing services to all the transactions and visitors from different countries in Tanzania also their direction is really good for the food and wedding halls and many other areas in Dar es Salam Tanzania's areas

Overlooking the harbour this hotel offers elegant rooms and great service. As with many hotels in Dar es salaam view is important so insist on the ocean / harbour view. Nice lively pool area with bar and food service. The Asian restaurant on the 2nd floor is a must try.

Best Hotel in Tanzania! Very nice place I ever visit before, best rooms, beds, toilets, halls, parkings, & good environments where you can see the Indian Ocean.

best hotel in dar es salaam, it has been here for ages starting from typically kilimanjaro hotel now it s Hyatt Regency, good place to be with good music on 8th floor, and also it s favorite place to stay for travellers, worths visiting for it s good services

Well appointed hotel with splendid view of the harbour and bay. Big infinity pool, dining area, really good food, magnificent breakfast, outdoor seating, conference hall, huge bars, outdoor. All rooms with aircon and t.v. good service, pleasant friendly staff. Good security. Very nice experience.

Was there in Dar to visit family and to attend a 6 day high profile wedding which was outstanding.

Lovely hotel location was stunning.fantastic views of the harbour.
Restruant was very good in particular Bunge he as so pleasant and helpful always happy to see us.
Spa was good very good staff.
Service and price of food in the small all day coffee shop not so good. Service was slow and lacked atmosphere. On our last day there was a lot of senior management around so staff were more attentive and service was better.
Hotel jewellery shop very over priced compared to other hotels who are 5 star
Security staff and staff at front door very cheerful and helpful.
Overall good however the hotel can do more for the atmosphere. 4.5*
