Nice & secure place, friendly people and nice sea food

Very beautiful hotel with extremely polite and friendly staff, who will help you as much as possible when you addressing any question or problem, and will do it with a big and very beautiful smlie. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very nice and tasty food. Different facilities, including pool, are available. There are shops and Currency Exchange with not bad excange rate. Always have the amazing stays.

The food was nice albeit repetitive for a 3 days stay. The atmosphere was excellent and staff were very helpful except for that one guy... as usual! The view is not so much and the location is awkward.

Stunning hotel. Staff were really helpful in organising things for us and offered good advice for going out. Dinner at the restaurant was nice and the ambience in the garden bar was relaxed. Couldn't access the eighth floor due to private event so can't comment on the views.

Had to change rooms due to phone not working but staff were helpful in organising. Rooms are spacious and very quiet, bathroom is lovely. Good range of TV channels and the internet was fast enough.

Took a tour around the city organised by the hotel using one of their drivers. Good way to see the city while staying safe but was expensive so important to negotiate.

Expetional place. We haven't visited the city but the hotel is luxurious and well decorated. Unfortunately the sheets were dirty ... Extremely qualified and kind staff. Very good restaurants, especially Asian. Large, well-equipped fitness room with access to the spa and finally a casino for amateurs.

Small remark too cold rooftop pool.
I recommend it and more especially for a stopover

Ambiance. Location. Security. Unfortunately having a Casino gives the place a seedy look due to the fact that such things are associated with crime..

Solid hotel if you're in Dar, seemed much nicer than anything else around. Foods pretty good, and service was above average...though it was odd that there wasn't a concierge around half the time I was there. The woman at the front desk who helped me was amazing, I showed up with lots of problems, but it seemed like there should have been a concierge around to help with most and they just weren't there half the time I was

My all time favorite hotel in Dar.....very classy and consistent in service.....I love the level 8 rooftop space...great for nighttime lounging under the skies near the ocean....usually the ambiance is laid back ...with a great DJ .....drinks and food are great and affordable... romantic and private place.....

Top tip...you can enjoy the rooftop even if you are not staying there.

Decent hotel, rooms are modern and clean. The gym is subpar, especially for a 5 Star hotel.

Regrettably the management of this once magnificently run place has become very poor. Basic facilities such as phones and essentials such as room service do not work and it is sad to see uncaring duty managers. Once my favourite in Dar I doubt whether I will even bother to return to this place. It used to be a place with delightful friendly staff.... but no more!

Great Sea View rooms especially from 4/5 floor. The pool on the first floor is clean and gives you a great view to the ocean.
The hotel has great layout and a great facility with great quality products.
The food is good but definitely the hotel as an opportunity for improvement there both on the breakfast options given and the meals offered.
Otherwise it's a great experience worth staying at when in Dar visiting!!
